Well, I made a subscription to create a resume but I unsubscribed later on that day. But after almost two months, I saw a money was taken out from my bank account. So, I checked my account here and saw that I am still subscribed. Weird… but anyway, I contacted and had a chat with one of the team. It was amazing on how she explained and helped me.
The resume is amazing, tho! But hopefully, you'll improve on making sure that the subscription doesn't glitch or failed cause sometimes it can cause a headache to both sides. And, I've got an issue with the email, I guess it's because I logged in with my google account? But I never got an email confirming that I made the subscription and when I unsubscribed, which is another weird experience that I hope you'll improve.

I've tried other tools not as good as this one. My top 3 fav things about ResumeCoach are 1. They are cheaper than the other sites I've seen 2. Plenty of templates that makes the process fast 3. Customer service guy Andrew

I cancelled my subscription and apparently due to some technicality my cancellation didn't get through and I got charged. But after contacting customer service, they were more than understanding and helped me to get a refund of my 29$. Honestly, it was short, smooth and a lovely experience without any hassle. Nathalie was more than helpful and patient in solving the problem.
