They neglect to tell you that the cv format is only to be sent online. You cannot print it or alter any of the margins even when you pay the full fees. Now I have cancelled my subscription through the link and site twice and emailed them a complained and again they renewed my subscription and taking the full fees for the 3rd time. They're thieves and there's no option to even remove the credit card so they can keep taking the full fees even after you unsubscribe, absolutely criminal. This has happened to me 3 times now. So I will say it on here, Shame on you resumecoach! Taking advantage of people who are struggling and trying to find a job and on top of that forcing subscribers to subscribe even after they have unsubscribed is just appalling. I refuse to be taking advantage of by you for the third time. I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED & I DO NOT WANT TO BE SUBSCRIBED to a useful site where I cannot print my cv or alter it in any way even though I paid 29.95. I emailed you this ans unsubscribed twice mainly due to this fact. Stop taking funds and renewing my subscription! Here is a screenshot of me once again unsubscribing, stop renewing my subscription!
Then they even offered me a year subscription for 29.95 which I refused and yet here we are. This is obviously the only way to get them to stop forcefully renewing my subscription and taking fees without my *******@Noah trust me I won't be using your tool and I have contacted your site privately several times and will not do so again because you still renewed my subscription after i specifically requested that I unsubscribed and you withdrew the funds without my permission again.

I had a technical problem with the subscription. I couldn't cancel my subscription but by the time I cancelled it, I was already charged 29.95€
When I reached out to the customer support, they were very prompt to solve my problem and I was able to get a refund.

If you've paid for the 14 days access, you should be able to still use all the services for the remaining days, even if you cancel it before the 14 days are up.

Seemingly easy to use, was under impression it was free however 2.85 for a week of unlimited use is not bad!
