I was looking online for a resume template and stumbled upon a few. One of course is resumecoach. After deliberately making my resume it never told me in the beginning that I need to pay a subscription. Because of course I had put on so much energy and time editing my resume for it to be just a waste I subscribed for a monthly subscription so I can download mine. I signed up for a monthly fee subscription, as I was going thru my bank account 94.5USD is deducted for some reason. Checked all my receipts and online purchase just to realize resumecoach subscribed me on a year subscription! Absurd! For a one or two downloads of a simple resume template? That's too much. In the very first place I only signed up for a month not a year because I barely have time to actually edit my own CV.
I emailed and no response yet. First email bounced back. Second no respond. Thinking to send a third one.
I chatted a customer support named Nathalie and after giving my last 4digit bank number she ended the message and now there's now way to get thru them!
I want my refund! This is absolutely absurd!
