I thought I found a good resume writer.Not. Resume has terrific formats for resumes and good suggestions. The only thing is when you download and try to correct errors it will not allow you to do so. You have to be on your site to correct any errors. And when trying to correct one of the paragraphs it would not correct it... because you could not scroll down on the paragraph to see it. The correcting of errors are very much lacking and not being able to edit your download is not convenient to continue to login to your website to make small changes. It is a shame... could be a competitive site if not for small hiccups.

I did not know that by using this site I would be signing up for an account where an automatic monetary withdrawal would come out of my account every month. This should be in BOLD letters so people know exactly what they are agreeing too. I won't be using another site to do a resume because of this.

I had no problems creating my resume, however, I cancelled the monthly service a couple of days later as I did not need a monthly subscription and it never went through and I was charged the fee. The company declined to refund the money. I probably would not use the company again as I do not like being automatically set up for a subscribtion.
Really great customer service, very helpful, very quick. They could have dragged it out, made it painful, tried to convince me of bogus logistic. They didn't they were great and I appreciate it. If I need resume help in the future I will come back.
