The resume I made on the site was excellent. I think the monthly membership premium is too high. When I called to cancel I was offered a much better rate, but declined because I had already paid the full rate for 3 months. If the original premium would have been more reasonable ($39/month!) I wouldn't have cancelled.

I signed up for a trial period for $1.95 in June. Now I just noticed that my credit card is being charged $19.95 a month! So I've been scammed for almost $80.00 for one resume. I never received a bill or even an email concerning this account. I called customer service and the only thing the representative would do for me is cancel the account. If you're thinking about using this service to prepare your resume, think again!

The site is very easy to use, and offers many useful tools. It definitely helps to eliminate writer's block when creating a resume. The chat help feature is very useful, and Darryn was great at helping me resolve a billing matter. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because I think they should be more up-front about enrolling you in the automatic billing for the monthly subscription.

All of the services provided are very helpful and with great quality. I was happy to find out I could get a refund on my subscription after the 14 day trial. I would recommend that you guys stop that for your site people don't always read what they see on the Internet and might get surprised to see they have an acount after 14 days. Other then that everything was fine.

Resume Now is a fantastic service. Couldn't afford it beyond the trial period as I'm a student. But I'll definitely sign-up to the service as soon as I can afford it.
