I needed to use this for one time use, but forgot to cancel the subscription. I called to get it cancelled and the rep was very kind about my lapse of memory. I will work with them again if it every comes up.

More importantly, how easy it was to obtain a copy for download and use of multiple formats (PDF MS Word etc) without having to jump through hoops was amazing. The user friendly interface of the site was a nice touch as well. I know they offer more products and services that I personally did not need, but from what I have seen I'm sure theyre just as great! Thank you for making something that works and does exactly what I wanted it to do with no headaches!

We used resume now to create one resume. To compete the resume the website asked for a payment of about $2 approx and now we are continually getting charged! We have called them and have been hung up on 4 times now. They have reimbursed us for 5 months but refuse to reimburse the other 6 months. And again today another amount has been debited from our account. Biggest headache ever! Don't use them!

Live career has the best resume builders. Their customer service is also very helpful and professional. I've learned that they will work with you to reduce the fees you just have to call and don't forget like I did even though I was very upset about my chargers when I went back to use their service I was still treated with respect and I really appreciate that. It is really worth the fees their charging you and you can also search for jobs which they've recommend based on your resume. Best resume builder worth every penny. Don't short yourself use the service you get what you pay for Quality!

The resume templets themselves were great and helpful. But I thought I was paying for one resume. I was never emailed with info informing me I'd be charged $20 a month after the first resume. Money was taken out of my account and made me not very happy. I canceled and will not be renewing my service ever again. I'm getting a refund though and the customer service rep who helped me was very nice and helpful.
