I would have liked to give it a 4.5, but I was unable to. This is a great tool for those who do not have the skills to create a resume. The only thing that I had a problem with is that I had to delete my section if a mistake was made. For example, I didn't put my present college in my education section first. I had to start all over because I couldn't find where I could put my school in above my previous college. That's the only problem I had.

The resume template I chose was fine, but when I had trouble saving changes to it, I called customer service and was told the reason was because I was not using the Google Chrome browser interface. Later, when I tried to email my resume and, in the process, lost all formatting, I called customer service again. This time I was told that Resume-Now is aware of the "known problem" that their templates do not save well as Word docs. Both the Chrome preference and the Word issue should be disclosed on the site when subscribers are making their template choices. Also, I was very aggressively upsold when I tried to terminate my subscription within the 14 day trial window. I would recommend more transparency and less promotion for this service.
