I stumbled on to your site through search and found updating my existing resume within one of your fresher looking templates a mostly easy experience. A few wonky things that I needed to move around for my resume to lay out my employment history in a way that makes sense but overall very user friendly. Terms and conditions also appeared straight forward. I would get 14-day access to my resume for just under $2. I saw the charge come through on my credit card, got the welcome email and was happy. And then I saw another ~$20 charge come through. Whaaatttt? Hello, where did that come from? Where did you ever mention that? I called customer service, got many "I'm very sorry" lines and with persistence, was able to have the charge reversed. You can't do that guys - you need to either be VERY upfront about that and mention that VERY clearly at the beginning or send a follow up email post 14 days that tells me this is going down unless I cancel with x number of days. It came out of the blue and was not mentioned anywhere in my correspondence or on the website. Not cool. I recommended you to a girlfriend and now I have to go and warn her. If I had not gone through this, I would have given you a 5/5.

I signed up for a $2 trial and I didn't know it was going to auto renew for $20 in two weeks, It was probly my fault but I didn't realize that was going to happen. I used the service and it was really good it made me a nice resume. After all that and the automatic renew I cancelled and asked for a refund. He tried to sell me a cheaper package, after I refused about 2 other offers to stay with them he issued my refund. So I am thankful for that and like I said the resume I made was ni9ce, so they get four stars I left off the other star because they auto-renewed me in the first place and it was unclear that that was going to happen, and they sent me no emails warning me anything about it.

I am not a computer literate person, but my profession demands that I be on a computer all day; either emails, research, job searching for a client, or lastly: building or creating a resume from scratch for a client that has either never worked, or has only held 1 or 2 jobs their entire lives. This may be anecdotal but the customer care representative that helped me named Yuli Sanchez is on point. I could no longer afford resume now and was submitting a cancellation and a refund and she did it in under two minutes.
