Received confirmation nbr. ******* with ending date of 11/26/16 instead of cancellation date of 10/31/16. Otherwise refunded my subscription fee of 19.95 which had been already transmitted to my bank account despite my 14 days free trial period was as of today. However now that is corrected, my money is being returned and a happy customer again. Hopefully will not receive another debit for a, month against my bank account again.

I had unknowingly created two accounts on the AX Resume building site and cancelled the one I thought was being charged. Charges were not showing up on my bank statement and when I noticed I was being charged, I contacted customer service agent, William, and he was able to help get me refunded. IT was pretty easy to request my refund. The CS agent tried to keep me as part of the program by offering a discount, but was nice when I declined. Thank you for not pushing too hard for me not to cancel and get the refund
