It was an amazing tool, except I had to cancel because my University doesn't accept resume templates. Nonetheless, it is a great website, many options and very helpful

It was ok got a cover letter but had to pay didn't cancel fast enough then was charged the full amount twice within a couple weeks also got charged for international billing fee which drove the price up.

I needed an updated resume for some volunteer work. I'm retired with a small S. S. check monthly and was able to use your service for so very little money. I thought I had accidentally reupt for a monthly fee and called your customer service. A gentleman took care of my concerns and assured me I had not been charged an additional fee. 10/10 would recommend! Excellent customer service! Darryn Romero assisted me with my issue and was able to resolve it! I forgot to cancel my subscription after the 14 day trial so I was charged with $19.95. Thanks to him he was able to give me a refund. Website is amazing! So helpful and easy to access! I will come back to it in the near future!

This was my first time using this site, i read a couple of reviews stating how easy it was to create your resume on this site and the reviews were spot on. The only Con I have is that they charged my account after I cancelled the subscription, however after I called customer service, I was given a credit. I will use this site again and recommend that others use it to build their resume. THE TEMPLATES WERE NICE TOO!

I have used Resume-Now several times with no problems, but this time it was terrible! Setting up my resume was easy. The trouble started when I couldn't make changes and save them. Had to call customer service at least 3 times!
Had as much trouble with cover letter, it kept deleting itself and would not keep changes. I will probably use a different service if ever need one again!
