I was charged on $19.95 my credit card. I called to cancel the subscription for one email and not only did I find out that email did not have a credit card linked to it, but I was informed that with that same email I also had an account at another site. We were both worried about the charge because my credit card wasn't linked to either account. However, the lady was extremely helpful and she offered to look a charge made to the credit card based on the last four digits. We were able to locate my account and she explained how if I didn't unsubscribe, the computer would automatically keep on subscribing me. Therefore, she cancelled my subscription. She was worried I did not find the site helpful but I told her I only needed this app for 14 days as I only needed a resume template for a school project and I wasn't really looking for jobs. After understanding this, she very gently helped me get a refund back on the $19.95. Best service I've had and I'm more willing to use this site again because I know I will be taken care of and treated fairly.

First of all I must say that the customer service is very good. With that said I purchased my resume last year and was about edit my already paid for and existing resume and was asked to pay a monthly fee of $49.95 to resubscribe. As a returning customer this is a BIG RIP OFF! There needs to be something put in place in order to maintain customer loyalty to your services. Once a customer already has an account with you one should be able to make as many changes or edits to their resume if they want. It's already paid for... And in the real world no one's resume stays the same it changes as time changes. All I'm say is that at least the resume the customer paid for we should be able to edit that resume. That's all.

I had no idea how or where to start. I googled resume writing and found my way to this website. I had big challenges for my resume. I had a couple of gaps in time where I wasn't working and the last 3 years I have 3 different jobs. The samples on the side of the pages where so helpful. The give you tips and recommendation on what and how to say the right things. In my interview yesterday my new boss made a point to tell mw that she loved my resume and she was really impressed with the layout. I smiled and said thank you. First of all it's not free even though it says it is! After working your butt off for hours building a resume, you can't do anything with it ( can't print, email, nothing) without paying the $1.95 ransom! You don't have much choice but to pay. Then it gets worse, in the fine print you can't see, your gonna get billed on your credit card for another $19.95 because you didn't cancel the 14 day "trial period"! To top it off, the customer service rep. Was rude to me and kept trying to talk over me even after asking me a question! NEVER AGAIN!

After spending over 3 hours creating a resume on this website because it is listed as a free service I found out that you can only CREATE resumes for free. You cannot download, print, or email it unless you pay a fee. Whats the point of creating something you cant use!

Not understanding this process. I paid for the service to have a professional resume written for me. I was advised somebody would call, yet I received no call.
