This service is literally nothing but misleading and $#*!ing garbage 'free to use service' should say 'trial the website' instead, as you have to pay to download the resume yet it doesn't say anything about this till after. Nothing but a scam and a $#*!ing waste of time.

The site was easy to use and had may options. The process was quick and effortless! Make sure to read all the details when purchasing, the $1.95 is only for a trial period. When I realized this I called Customer Service and had a very pleasant experience! He was helpful and extremely kind!

I think I spoke with David at customer service helping me refund my money and cancel my account. I really appreciated his helpfulness and willingness to sell the product, even offering me his employee discount. Although I declined his offer, I really appreciated his customer service and enthusiasm about your company, and his understanding and empathy when I declined. This guy deserves a raise because he is great at what he does.

The person was professional but while I explained I did not sign up for a service I just did a resume and wanted the 1.00 trial the person continued to try and sell me services. Good for you but annoying to me who has money taken from my account I didn't budget for

I can not speak for the actual product they provide - we used them once for my 15 year old's summer VOLUNTEER application. Because it was my son doing most of the setup i did not read the details and had NO IDEA i was going to be locked into $24.95 per month if i did not cancel after the trial. WITH NO COMMUNICATION WHEN THE FULL 'CONTRACT' KICKED IN. Grrrrrrrrrr. Then i was very frustrated when their phone number that they list on their web site DOESNT WORK. Wtf? So i used their chat option. Here is where my experience gets to be 5 star. ( i couldn't give a 5 star rating b/c it would be misleading about my overall experience) Darryn was very patient and dealt with my mellow ranting very professionally. He cancelled my subscription and refunded me the past three months. I was pleased with this compromise and also pleased with how quickly and efficiently he dealt with my problem.
Thanks Darryn. I would advise people to be very wary of using the trial membership without making a note to CANCEL in the time frame given. Also i think $24.95 a month is outrageous even if i were using it!

My wife and daughter used the site to create her very first resume. They somehow missed that there is a monthly charge after the resume was created and printed. I caught it when I was reviewing our bank account and immediately contacted them via chat. After some initial dialog tracking the account down, they were very understanding and reversed the charge. If I ever (sorry, but I hope I don't) need a resume done, these will be the folks I do it through. Well done, Resume Now!
