I thought I had purchased a one time subscription, however I was being charged $20 every month. Although that amount is not much, the hours at work have been lacking, so that $20 could have been gas or groceries.
I contacted the LiveChat to attempt to get a refund, expecting to have to fight for it, but instead I got the opposite. I forget what her name was, but she was very understanding and was willing to help me right off the bat. She was able to get my refund as well as a cheaper subscription. She was extremely nice, replied promptly, and let me know what she was doing if there were lulls of not talking.
My whole experience was awesome and I am very happy.

I used Resume-Now and after updating my resume, I applied for 2 jobs and was offered both of them. Prior to Resume-Now, I applied for over 150 jobs and didn't even get one call back. Resume-Now has great suggestions and is an easy to use resume builder. The position I currently have is a 6-month contracted position. I will definitely be using this service in the future.

Signed up for $1.95,14 day trial and am now being charged $19.99. Interesting that the resume is very difficult to edit once you download - most likely to keep you coming back and paying for their site. Not too happy with this service.

I had the need to cancel my membership with LiveCareer as I had secured full time employment and no longer had the need for the service. I used their live chat feature and had an incredible experience with Harold Cruz who was able to take care of this for me with superior customer service skills. If the need should arise where I need to use the services of LiveCareer again, it's great to know all my information and resume will be available for me and I will have no need to rebuild all over again. 5 stars for the product and 5+ stars for Harold Cruz.
