Fast and efficient to my needs in providing great structure in building a resume. As we all know taking that writing a resume takes up our time but with this website i got my resume done in about 10 minutes providing excellent job duties, structure, productivity and management skills. Using the different sources of applications to have a better understanding of what job description i was personally applying for. With other websites they charged more and didnt offer some of the perks.

Horrible customer service! The platform is flawed and your resume will not line up correctly when you try to print! When you call they could care less, leave you on hold and just repeat the same statements over and over. I want a refund!

I was helped by a Lady named Margerie and she was so so nice! I was calling to receive a refund, I had been getting charged $20 a month after my 14-day trial and did not know it, and she willingly gave me the refund and proceeded to ask me about if i got a job or a promotion yet and was very encouraging and excited for me and it was just a nice change of pace with customer service providers these days! I was very impressed with the CSR who answered my call today. I'm new at this and have no experience to compare this with (the reason for only 4 stars), but what I experienced in the first call was very helpful and encouraging. I signed up for $1.95,14 day trial & will watch card after reading some reviews. It was disappointing to find resumes/cover letters very difficult to edit once you download & formats don't hold. I even had a college computer professor and another teacher trying to get these downloaded for me as they appear on site. NO LUCK with that. And no Print Preview found to fix anything before downloading. Not too happy with this service.

Just needed the resume with 14 days of support for the base intro price and I had no trouble paying just the base cost. The agent submitted the cancellation while on the phone to keep any recurring charges from taking place. Excellent app and service.
