I was looking for a template to create a fresh and updated resume. When I found this site I was excited, figuring they would have many options. However when I went to select my field of interest I was disappointed there was no options that were relevant. I am seeking a position in Hospitality, but there were zero hospitality, travel, hotel, resort or vacation fields, not even as a sub category of customer service. I called the sites customer services to make them aware of this and they sent me to this site. That is why I am giving them 2 stars, because they were not helpful for me and when I came to them with my concerns I was sent to a review site.

I was charged 2 payments of 19.95 that I did not agree to be signed up for. I was very annoyed by this but I called the customer service number (Danny), was on hold for a couple minutes and had the payments dealt with within 10 minutes.

I signed up for the trial at resume-now. Although, I decided not to continue using the service I was concerned I may be charged in the future. I telephoned customer service and they explained the $1.95 charge to my credit card for the trial and that my account had indeed been canceled by myself within the two week period. I was assured my card would not be charged again in the future and I was provided with a cancellation number. I actually liked the website and the ease in which resumes can be created. However, I am self-employed at the moment and decided I do not need the service at present. In any event, I was very pleased with the customer service provided to me. Thank-you so much for helping me with this issue and putting my mind at ease!

I went on the website to make just a resume and never got on the website after that. I look at my transactions and they charged me $24 and sum change. So I call to get a refund and the first call the lady picks up says hello and hangs up, I call again and they lady says I can't hear you and hangs up in my face! I call again and I am on a 20 MINUTE ++ hold. I hang up and a guy answers within 2 minutes. He assisted me and got my refund but the tone in his voice while talking to me was very rude! Very very very horrible customer service.
