Poor Customer Service
December 26, 2020

When the product I ordered was no longer available the fulfillment center decided to send something I did not order. Customer service now refuses to refund my money because they sent "something" in its place. They did give me a voucher for a third of the cost of the product for my next order. Since I will never order from them again it's useless.

Poor Customer Service

Place an Order almost four weeks ago. Never reached Fed Ex. Cannot reach anyone through Customer Service other than receiving the same auto response over and over. Be Wary. Plenty of other companies that deliver, would never recommend based on inability to obtain information regarding order

During this time of COVID, I've been keeping safe and using services like UberEats, GrubHub, Instacart, and others. I thought I would give ReserveBar a try. I couldn't have had a worse experience! When I ordered on December 4th, Reservebar quoted 3-6 days for delivery. This was perfect! I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, I tried to reach out to Reservebar online(which they do not make it easy to find). I tried to cancel my order on two separate occasions because at this point it has been three weeks. Not only did I not hear back from customer service, but they finally delivered a partial order. I can only assume they tried to rush out my delivery because I was canceling. Now I have to deal with trying to get a partial refund on my original order.
I wouldn't recommend this company!

Bad costumer service
December 23, 2020

Ordered a package for my client on December 4th to be delivered for the Holidays, still no word on it when will it be delivered or even when it will be sent out. Called many times regarding this order and always get a different answer from costumer service, asked them if the product is not available to switch it with something similar and keep getting answer back that they will call me back or email me and zero responses from them. Been sending this client a girl each year for past 10 years always there before Christmas, thanks ReserveBar for making that impossible this year and for keep giving me wrong information about the order. Every time i call the order has been given to another fulfilling team and it will be expediated. Super disappointed with he lack of costumer service and misleading answer from the costumer service. On Tuesday 12/22 i got an answer from a costumer representative why don't you just cancel it and order something else, mind you this what would i get delivered on time, after order has been places 3 weeks prior to that.

Ordered Dec 9th. Received confirmation email with guarantee of delivery by Christmas. Received two pre-filled email responses to my service requests on Dec 15 and 19. Still no shipping update. Had to find phone number by Google since it's not on the website. Talked to CS, no help. "We've sent the order to the shipping company who will update it when it's on the way". Who uses Gioxpress anyway? They don't use a legitimate shipping company. Totally unaccountable and irresponsible to their customers.

We thank you for your review. Everything you have stated here we can acknowledge as true, and we are very sorry for the poor experience. We have many different distributors who are only able to service specific ranges of the country due to laws about transporting spirits. Also, many of the larger delivery companies are very bogged down during this time of year and we have relied on smaller legitimate shipping companies who normally do very well servicing customers.

We again apologize and are working to improve the experience going forward.

I placed my order for Christmas well ahead of time on November 30th. I still have no tracing information, i finally got through to customer service and well she basically said it will not be here in time for Christmas! So much or all orders place prior to 12/12/2020 will arrive before Christmas. This was my 1st and last time shopping with them!
Plus they didn't even offer to make it right, here is a % off your next order or send you an extra gift for the trouble! Nothing. Sorry I know that how i run my business and i KEEP my customers!

Horrible Company

I placed an order the beginning of December and they guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I called and left several VM's and sent 2 emails when my order was still not delivered by December 21st. No calls or emails were returned and when I finally got someone on the phone, I was told my order was NOT shipping, nothing is in stock, and there is no way anything was being delivered on time. Bonus for me... I now have to wait 5-7 business days to get a refund of over $200. So not only do I not have the gifts, I don't have another $200 to dump 3 days before Christmas to buy replacement gifts. THANKS A LOT FOR NOTHING!

It took two months to receive an item I purchased intended for gift. When I finally received my purchase, it was disappointing to receive a damaged product. I reached out to customer service and exchanged emails with their incompetent staff for over a week to come up with a mediocre solution. Stay away from ReserveBar, shop local, shop with people who care about their service!

Pre-Order Nov 2020

We pre-ordered Brother's Bond Bourbon on 11/19/2020, and instead of getting it on time, or anywhere near it, we didn't receive it until after their 2nd January 2021 Pre-Orders were being filled. We didn't receive our PAID pre-order from Nov 2020 until May 13th, 2021. Today, May 15th, 2021, ANYONE can purchase it without paying for it and waiting SIX MONTHS to receive it. This may be one of the worst online purchases I've experienced. Emailed them MANY times and refused to give ETA.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time or money ReserveBar. I tried this because PayPal offered me a $5.00 coupon.

I bought a bottle of Rock and Rye for $30 plus $15 shipping, just to try it. I ordered it in November 9th and today it is November 24th. The package has not yet arrived. I paid an ADDITIONAL $5.00 to have it rerouted to a Walgreens for pick up, after they tried to deliver it my business address on Saturday the 21st.

I can buy this same bottle at Binny's Beverage for $25.00. I don't need to wait 3 weeks and spend an additional $20 shipping with headaches.

ANY decent Liquor store can get YOU ANYTHING you want. Don't waste your time with ReserveBar.

I paid over $500 on two engraved bottles of Johnnie blue and there was clearly no quality control. Looks pretty bad and gold paint splattered outside the letter engravings. Would not recommend and will not be using this site again. Only good part was it shipped quickly, maybe if they took an extra day it wouldn't look like garbage.

No customer service

I placed an order a week ago. My bank was debited immediately. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to reach a person, to no avail. I received an automated response to every single inquiry. At this point I am just trying to get my money returned. Bad decision to use this business. I understand about Covid delays. But, lack of customer service is no excuse. If you have people available to process the bank debits, then you have people available to communicate with the customer.

Made 3 orders on 26 March. According to UPS, one shipment is still sitting there while the other 2 are on their way. I don't understand. Also- every time I want to check on my shipment-- I have to give a starred opinion first. I have already given my opinion 3 times as a 5-star experience.Don't make me change my mind. It's annoying. Sorry-- I know everyone is doing the best they can-- I'm just telling you what's going on up in here. Thanks for listening. Xo

Fraud at its finest!

I don't even know where to begin... I ordered a bottle of alcohol for a friend of mine who is a First Responder in College Station, TX for his birthday. The order was placed on August 12,2020. I never received shipping information and the shipping number they had on my order was bogus. After a week I contacted ReserveBar's customer service department. They responded with a different tracking number and in the email they said it would be delivered 08/24/2020. Well no delivery. So I emailed customer service again, and received a different tracking number for the 3rd time and was told delivery was attempted at 7:42 am on 08/25 but no one was home. Well, that is incorrect someone was home who was of legal age to accept the package, and the doorbell never rang, there was no knock at the door, and no slip saying delivery was attempted. So, I contact the delivery company through their chat function, was told that delivery would be attempted on 8/27/2020. So I go online again today and nothing... so I contact the shipping company again, and got told that there is no tracking data for the package since the "attempted delivery" on 8/25/2020 so the package is effectively lost and they will try to find it. Needless to say, I am pretty sure my friend won't be receiving their gift and I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank for the money I spent. Please don't ever use this company!

I spent $190 on a special bottle of Scotch for a special occasion. 3 weeks later, no Scotch, and occasion long past. ReserveBar customer services response? "Call the shipping company yourself." I did. That shipping company had no record of the "tracking number" ReserveBar gave me, and does not even deliver to the state of the delivery address. Please do not shop here unless you have a lot of time to waste, and you don't care when your purchase is delivered.

I bought an expensive whiskey for a birthday, and it came with a broken box. I had to give it away in that state, because the solution they offered me was to send me a new box that was not going to arrive on time. I'm very disappointed.

Unfortunately ReserveBars customer service is non existent. After realizing Apple Pay had auto filled an address I would not be at, I called and emailed Customer Service. I was told a shipping label had been made and the order could not be redirected. I made this call and emailed within 5 minutes of realizing the error. There was no attempt to resolve this issue. Their website has no way to change an order after submitting. Will never order from them again.

After browsing through a very extensive collection, I ordered a fairly expensive limited edition bottle of Mount Gay Rum and also had the bottle engraved for my dad's birthday. My intention was to go above and beyond for him since he recently lost his sister and this was his first birthday in his entire life without her.

I knew I was pushing it in the timing for the engraving and getting it shipped, but I paid for rush shipping and was hoping for the best. After I placed my order, I sent a note to reserve bar and told them what a special gift it was and whatever they could do to speed up the process would be immensely appreciated. To my surprise the bottle of rum came very quickly and earlier than I even expected! The presentation box is beyond compare and the engraving is absolutely perfect. I know this bottle is going to be very precious to my dad and I truly thank Reserve Bar for making this possible, and especially John Rey for his great customer service. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Also, I should note the website and checkout process was a breeze. Thank you all!

Grand marnier

Again I had cork in the bottle and it taste bad and feel like i drinkt poison. So don't buy grand marnier till they solve this problem which is in many bottles.
