The entire experience was horrible. They emailed me a few days after I placed my order that the items were prepared to ship and shipping labels had been printed. After waiting a month for my order I contacted them to cancel. It took a couple of days to respond and they said it was impossible to cancel because the items had already shipped. They gave me a $10 refund for an order that I never received that cost me $140. They wouldn't even refund me the $5 service fee. I don't know what service they are charging me for but it certainly isn't expedited or quality. I'll stick to going to my local store for alcohol as it will be easier than waiting a month for something not to arrive.
Contacted Customer service via email 4 times over the last 3 weeks and have yet to receive a response other than the generic "thank you for contacting ReserveBar". A phone call did not lead to any information either, even though I was told the issue would be "escalated" to gain "clarity". Product was ordered in November with a ship date of early January. Product is in stock and a shipping label was created 4 weeks ago, but has yet to be picked up by the carrier. It was paid for in December yet it doesn't seem like anyone has any clue where the product is, who is distributing it, or who is delivering... I've lost faith in ReserveBar
Ordered some items a week before Christmas when they claimed orders would be received by Christmas guaranteed. It is now January 24th and still no delivery, refund, or response to emails or online inquiry. Go somewhere else
I bought the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Blended Scotch Whisky, Limited Edition Year of the Ox 2021 and was received the item. But when I was check on the local supermarket the same day I was received the item and I found the price from the ReserveBar was too expensive more than the local supermarket is $60 us dollar. It is very bad for doing the business and I don't want to come in back and will not recommend to my friends to do business with it.
Order is incomplete. Cannot get customer service to reply. I have emailed them and filed an incomplete form on website. Photo 1 - what I ordered. Photo 2 - what I received. The bottle box is missing.
I placed this order November 25th.
Dec 15 I asked for status
Dec 19 notification it shipped and one item no longer available
Dec 30 no shipping information available asked for status again, no update
Jan 6th email asked to cancel due to poor customer service, no communication on status of order and receiving email that one item was now out of stock
Jan 8th received the remaining items and still NO response from customer care
WOULD not recommend unless you have no care as to when your order arrives and if it arrives as ordered.
Id give a zero if it existed. I had been ordering from RB a few times. This last time after 46 days, I finally got a response that my order (which they emailed to say shipped) actually was out of stock. No notification, nothing. Very embarrassing and could happen to you. Better off going somewhere else is my personal opinion. No offer fix, replace or anything. Sad really, used to like them.
We are sorry for the poor experience. Our holiday season of 2020 brought much higher volumes of traffic to our retail partners than anticipated. This has caused many items to be out of stock. We are working with our distribution companies to obtain more stock but some items do not have ETAs. We are sorry you were in this category but a full refund has now been issued.
Absolutely insane. There was obviously a holiday rush back in December which was more than understood and I knew that ordering would mean the item would be delayed. I ordered mid-December. I hadn't heard any sort of update 3 weeks later, so I reached out to customer support.
It is now 2 weeks after that, and I still have received no response. Absolutely horrible. Finally called them and they said that the item may be on backorder, but they need to check, and they aren't really sure.
Definitely never using this company again and would NOT recommend you to either.

Had a problem with my orders & points, so I wrote them an email. No reply or nothing. Will be taking my business elsewhere and so should you.
There are way better sites out there with better service. Reservebar won't let me delete my account on the website so I have to email them I guess. HAHAHAHA I did & no reply.

So I won't complain about the fact that I order a gift entitled NYE pack that arrived a week after new years but the issue is that it arrived with an entire bottle of liquor missing, zero explanation and it's been impossible to get ahold of anyone from their customer service. I've tried emailing and calling after I had to hunt down a phone number and still no response. So it seems they take your money and send you whatever they want. Needless to say, regardless if I ever get the rest of my order or a refund, I'll never order from them again.
I wanted to get a Christmas gift, so I bought it start of December taking into consideration that it's Christmas and Corona so it's going to take longer. My delivery never arrived, on the 25th they used some excuse that the caps of "aviation gin" have been spilled and it's an issue with the manufacturer. They suggested a refund that takes 7-10 days. Mind you it's the 13th of January and the Email for the refund was on the 25th. Not only that I emailed them twice since Monday to figure out what's the ETA and No reply. I'm ignored basically, because the email says they reply within 24 hours...
So no product and no Refund... I totally DO NOT RECOMMEND Reserve Bar.

I ordered with them as i saw it recommended by my credit card. It has been about a month since my order status has been in shipping state and I am yet to receive my order. I tried reaching out to the customer care and they just said that the item is in back order and have not responded to my emails since and have not provided any updates.

This was the absolute worst purchase and customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a 12 year Macallan on 12/2/20, and it just arrived today on 1/6/21. The delivery driver did not ask for signature even though one is required. The driver just left it on the doorstep and did not knock (we have been home all day). I called and emailed their customer support multiple times to cancel this order and be refunded. I have email confirmation that this order was cancelled, yet it still showed up today. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund, but I have yet to hear back. Don't bother trying to call their customer service number. The lines just rings, rings, rings, then finally hangs up. Go to their profile on the Better Business Bureau, and you will see the truth about this company as you read the reviews.

We do ask all of our shipping partners to get signatures however due to the pandemic many have gone against our wishes and drivers have left items without signatures due to safety concerns. We are pursuing this and dropping some carriers because of it and their extended shipping times. My order came out better than I could have imagined, and they didnt have to, but they prioritized it to arrive at the perfect time. The person I got it for rarely smiles, and I sincerely never seen him as happy as the attached picture. Thank you SO much, it came out better than I could have ever hoped for!
I ordered $330 worth of whiskey on Dec 07 and it was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Today is January 5 and order is still not even shipped yet. Several emails sent but no response. I called and just learned that they are out of stock and offering a refund. If it wasn't going to arrive by Christmas I would cancel the order and order from another place. Very disappointed. Stay away from this company.

Our retail partners have been trying to obtain more stock in order to meet our customers' needs so some notifications have been delayed as we try to complete orders. We are sorry we could not get you the product you wanted or let you know in time. We are able to cancel any order prior to it being picked up by one of our shipping partners.
I ordered $200 worth of bourbon on Dec 11 and credit card was charged immediately. Website said guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered by Dec 15. I signed up for text updates of shipping info and received no text. On Dec 18, I spent a lot of time trying to find a number to call. I finally got ahold of someone and explained that the bourbon was a Christmas gift for in laws we would only see on Christmas Day. If it wasn't going to arrive by Christmas I would cancel the order. He assured me that delivery was guaranteed. On Saturday, Dec 19 I got a text saying my order was being prepared for delivery. I checked the link every day for updates but it continued to say it was being prepared. On Tuesday, I began trying to call again but couldn't get anyone on the phone. I sent emails every day then asking about my order. I finally asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Every single email was answered with an automatic reply stating that if I ordered before Dec 15, my order was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Today is January 5. No bourbon. No refund.

Awful service... I ordered a bottle of champagne for a gift, and didn't find out till two weeks after the order that they were out of stock. Awful service and still hasn't made it right. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Placed a 3 item order on 11/24/2020 that was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas and finally received one item on 12/30/2020. I received an email on 12/27/2020 stating that the other two items were sold out. No warning since the email to me said the order was ready to ship on 11/27. I was never given an opportunity to cancel the remaining item. I Tried. With no response. All three items were gifts for one person. That person was only available until December 25th. 5 emails to reservebar starting on December 14th through December 22nd wondering where the items were and why UPS was waiting to receive them.

We are very sorry for the poor experience. Sugarlands products have experienced major delays. Our customer service team is working hard to respond to all correspondence as quickly as possible.
Placed an order on December 2nd for 3 engraved bottles to be sent as holiday gifts from our family to a few good friends. Deluged with marketing emails (3 per day every single day) after placing the order, but not one single follow-up email about my order.
The order arrived on December 19th (good turnaround considering it was an engraved product and the holidays). That would be the one and only time ReserveBar met or exceeded my expectations.
When I removed the bottles from the packaging to check the engraving, I was horrified - they had misspelled my name on the bottles, rendering the entire point of the gift worthless.
I emailed the company numerous times with no response. I eventually called and actually reached a human who said he would escalate my issue, refund the engraving fee, and follow-up with me again regarding a replacement.
I received no refund and didn't hear another word from ReserveBar.
I sent another round of emails with again no response. One week after the initial call, I called again and got the same person I did the first time. He apologized that I hadn't heard back and offered that the reason was because "we have so many tickets and issues right now we haven't been able to call anyone back." He once again promised to escalate my issue and promised this time that a supervisor would call me back. I told him that he and ReserveBar had given me no evidence to believe that it would actually happen.
That's where I am now. No gift, no refund, and no reason to believe ReserveBar will ever make it right.
UPDATE (3/21/2021): Below in the comments you see a response from someone at ReserveBar. I can promise you it was just to give an appearance of customer service. This "Brian B." never emailed or called me directly, and I never heard back from ReserveBar on this in any shape, form, or fashion.
Thank God I paid for this order with American Express. I filed a complaint against ReserveBar with them and after providing them with the same information I have here, they issued me a full credit on my account.
I reaffirm my statements above: ReserveBar's customer service is practically non-existent and if there is an issue with your order there is no reason to believe they will ever do anything to correct it or make it right.
