I paid them directly with no issues. My order arrived sooner than expected and they called to confirm that my order had arrived.
I've always had very fast responses when there is a delay. Just make sure you have all your contact and order info in your message.
Sometimes the response time is slow, but I have received and answer. Recently, I set my order up with the wrong shipping address, sent and email and within 3 days received and answer.
Open the dispute. Their customer service is terrible and they want money!
I would contact LHELD@RESERVEBAR.COM and see if you get a response before filing a paypal despute. If you get no response then I would.
