Very pleased with Order

This is the first time I've use this company to place a gift order. The website is very easy to navigate and search for products. It took one week from placing the order to it being delivered. The product delivered was as described. I was able to take advantage of a coupon to save ~$10 on my order.
My only nit is that there were multiple coupons available and I had to preprocess my order a couple of times to figure out which coupon saved the most. This was not enough of a problem to downgrade my rating though.
It would be nice if the system allowed multiple coupons to be used - one for product and one for shipping (subject to a minimum purchase).

I was hesitant to order Alcohol online because I was worried about the bottle breaking and being a scam. Also here in Charlotte they keep saying it's a Hennessy and Dusse shortage. Nevertheless my package came neatly wrapped and in one piece. My only issue was with FEDEX they kept saying I wasn't home which was a lie ( I work from home) so I decided to reroute my package to a store location so the driver can stop making excuses.

I have tried three times to make a purchase from Reservebar. The first order I waiting 3 months before getting a refund. The second order told me shipped and fulfilled, it never was, refund. And now the third order I placed weeks ago and haven't gotten a single word about it. Customer Service lies to you and brushes you off.

I place and order for Father's Day gift two weeks prior. A day before Father's Day I receive an email stating I was not going to receive my order on time. After a week of waiting they decided to cancel my order. Terrible experience. I will never order from ReserveBar again. Very bad experience.

Terrible Customer Service

Think twice before ordering anything from this merchant. After 20 days - no order has shipped, no email response ( after five requests), and no update on the order. This was a birthday gift for a client. Total failure on all counts. Absolute failure.

1. No updates on order delay.

5. Order took too long to ship and now it is a very late birthday gift. Thanks for making me look bad.

I will NEVER order from these ppl again. Worst customer service ever! Ordered a bottle with glasses as a surprise gift and glasses came but no bottle. Surprise ruined. To top it off there is no ETA for the shipment of the bottle. These people are clueless! They can't tell you anything about the products, can't tell you anything about your order, nothing about the shipping and a manager is never available and no one ever calls you back when they say they will. Johnnie Walker should be ashamed to have Reserve Bar ship their products. Really puts the brand to shame. Save your money and you're time order else where.

Great experience.

I was VERY leary of ordering alcohol on-line but this item could only be obtained through Reserve Bar so I gave it a try.
They were very prompt in confirming my order, establishing a tracking number and giving me a delivery estimate.
I ordered mid day on a Thursday and had my item delivered (Fed Ex) in Fla. By Saturday afternoon! (Fed Ex communication is a differrent mater).
Packing was well padded and secure.
All my fears were for naught.
Based on my experience, I would do business with Reserve Bar again.

I made my purchase back in November 2020, when I pre-ordered the Brother's Bond special release bourbon as a present for my girlfriend, a huge Vampire Diaries fan. I also ordered a Rhubarb flavored gin, because why not try something new. At the time, the BB release was supposed to happen in February 2021.

Come february, no shipments happen, and no word from the company. Come April, I get an email saying that they're having trouble fulfilling the order. It's a special release with high demand, I get that. Come April 30, I finally get an email that says my order is shipping. It's been 6 months since I ordered it, but cool! Maybe I'll get my order in a couple days.

Two weeks later, nothing has arrived. I call the company to ask if the order will ship, and they have no information on when it will arrive. I'm supposed to move a few days later, and the customer service rep says that he will try to change the shipping address to my new address.

It's now almost 3 weeks since the order was supposed to ship, and I just got a notification that the bourbon is shipping to my old address. I'm not getting the gin, because I got a separate notification that they sold out in the 6 months it took them to fill my order. So now after spending an hour on the phone with FedEx trying to find a FedEx center to hold my order at, I have to drive 45 minutes away to go pick up my order because I can't get the shipping address changed to my new address.

So thanks for nothing Reserve bar, I have to drive an hour and a half round trip tomorrow to pick up an over-priced bottle of bourbon that I had to wait a full 6 months for. I'll stick to Bevmo from now on.

This has caused a lot of frustration and ReserveBar experienced that frustration only less than the customers like you who ordered it. I had Mariah from customer service issue a refund in a very timely manner and offer any other assistance I may have needed. Everything was quick, easy, and direct. I would definitely recommend buying from them again in the future. I always appreciate companies with friendly and helpful customer service :)

Had been looking for months for a special Scotch for my husband's 80th birthday. I contacted Compass Box and they suggested I call ReserveBar. ReserveBar answered me back immediately via email and answered my questions regarding which Scotch I should buy for him, based on my comments on his favorite one locally. I called the number for their customer support group to order, but somehow it had changed and couldn't reach them by phone. Sent another email, and they got back to me right away and took my order. It was not easy for me to arrange for this and keep it a surprise, but luckily they will ship to my neighbor's house for her to receive for me. Virginia is not an easy state to ship spirits into, so it took quite a bit of researching, but ReserveBar was able to do it. So relieved that is taken care of thanks to them. Can't wait to see his face when he opens it.

Will use them again, as they have a vast stock of fine spirits, and we have many friends who appreciate fine Scotch.

Finally - A 100% positive experience!

I had a delivery issue with my third order from Reserve Bar that was not the fault of the company. I messaged them and got a response very quickly. They refunded my order immediately and were very gracious about the issue. Not only does this company have a nice variety of products, but they can also be relied upon to give great customer service - something that seems to be lacking these days. Their professionalism has made me a loyal customer.

I have used Reserve Bar in the past with decent success. My latest order... not so much. No response from customer service regarding unfulfilled order status and the website is purposely setup now so that all customer support is via email (no response) and FAQ's. If this business is going to use Covid as a calid excuse, then they should at least set customer expectations and with specific time frames. If specific time frames are not possible because of supply chain issues then at least have live customer support or live chat to be honest with customers that fulfillment will take 30+ days or more. Also, if the order is unfulfilled then the customer should easily be able to cancel the order online.

Order was placed on 12/9/2020. Order actually shipped 12/31. Emailed on 12/21 requesting an update and canned reply said all orders placed before 12/15 would arrive before Christmas. Emailed again on 12/23 with another canned reply for delays in shipping and to please be patient.
Order was delivered by FedEx on 1/3 to the wrong address. Emailed on 1/4 and 1/8 with no replies from ReserveBar. Finally ended up messaging ReserveBar on Instagram on 1/22 and got a response.
Second order shipped 2/4. Packing list said all items were shipped and yet it was missing one of them.
