Ordered gift November 27. When delivery was delayed, I sent two emails to customer service asking for an update but there was never a response. On December 23, Reserve Bar sent a form email saying essentially, "Sorry - we can't fill your order. Here's a $20 coupon for your next purchase." Seems like Reserve Bar has operational, communication and logistical issues that need to be fixed if they want to be a reliable and dependable company.
Over 3 weeks and no order shipped. Bad, scam and never answer calls, chat and email. What an expensive mistake.
I ordered a $260 bottle of whiskey from their site, only to get no update on my order for almost a month. It took a voicemail, four calls, two tickets, two message requests, four emails, and two chats (one the person immediately disconnected) in order to be told that they were sold out WHEN I BOUGHT IT and just didn't bother to update their site.
They did refund me... Then gave me a $75 gift card for their untrustworthy services. What a joke. If you want your whiskey in your lifetime, just go to a local store. At least there you'll actually get a product and a person to talk to. $#*!ing ridiculous. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Placed an order on November 26th, 2021. I sent four emails requesting a shipping update and never got a shipping update. I got on their chat option and talked to someone there, they notified me one part of my order they couldnt get so i cancelled that and they stated they would ship the item they could get ASAP. I waited another several days and did not get an update at all. I eventually got back on the chat function on the 21st of December and cancelled my order. No updates, and empty promises.
Via Applepay, I paid for my order 12/1/21.10 days after my order, customer service responded with promises of expediting the order. Now, as of 12/20/22, the company simply does not respond at all! I have asked for a refund, without any response. There goes my sister's Christmas gift and here I go out to shop for a substitute 4 days before Christmas.
Ordered something for Christmas gathering. They shipped the wrong whiskey while charging for the more expensive. Have tried reaching them, no answer. Flat Out theft. BEWSRE OF THESE. CLOWNS.
I placed an order well before Thanksgiving, and my packages began to trickle in in the first week of December. First one bottle, then the next, then one of two bottles of the same thing! I waited to see if another bottle would show up separately--after all, maybe they had to source it from yet another vendor and would arrive in yet another package... It didn't. So I reached out to customer service by their preferred method--email. No word back. Left a phone message. No word back. Called again, and again, and again. Emailed again. Tried the chat function. There are so many people ahead of me in line that I'm fairly certain they're going to shut down for the day before they get to me. Yes, it's the holiday season--but every other company I do business with has in the past week gotten back to me within 24 hours when I've had an issue. Maybe these folks are all drunk...?
***Edited*** to add that once I got through to them, the person I spoke with was lovely and immediately helpful. However, the company "doesn't do expedited shipping," even when they or their vendors have screwed up your order. They would have gone a long way (and I would have deleted the negative review) if they'd just promised to get the omitted bottle here within a week.
Sent me the wrong bottles of alcohol. The ones I received were cheaper than the ones I ordered. Despite repeated messages to their customer service department over the two weeks since the order, they have not gotten in touch to resolve the matter.
I ordered the Ultimate Irish Whiskey collection and Holiday Edition Teeling Irish Whiskey on November 19th and had a confirmation email. On December 7th I still hadn't received the order or anything word that it had shipped. I contacted customer service and the representative said she had updated the priority of my order and I should receive a shipping email soon, however that never came. Today 12/16 I received an email that my order was cancelled because they were unable to fill the order. Why does it take almost a month to figure out you don't have these items in stock? There was no problem taking my money right away. The email says my money will be back in my account within ten days, but I have very little faith in that with the timeline this company runs on. In the future I will stick to ordering from Flavair since they have always processed my orders and communicated in a timely manner. Definitely would not recommend this as a gift especially if you need it within a certain time period.
I never write reviews but I ordered an engraved bottled for Christmas in November, and they canceled it 12/16. No email or them letting me know it was on back order or that my order may not be able to be completed, that way I could of got something else. Spent 250 and waited weeks just for nothing to come!
Order placed 11/17. Received nothing after the order confirmation. I send email 12/8, inquiring where is my order. Email received 12/9 titled refund but ZERO refund stated in email. No explanation. My credit card was then charged the full amount of the order on 12/11. I sent another email 12/12 asking to explain this and update on my order and I have received nothing! Left a phone message and created a "ticket" on their website. I have not received correspondence or my order from a month ago!

I ordered a bottle of Hirsch for a friend's birthday. They took my money and sent an email saying my order was received. That was 11/14/21. I have not received any shipping info and I have emailed them twice(no response). It has now been a month.
It has been more than two weeks since I placed my original order and I have not received any updates or details on the shipping status. The customer service calls just reach a voice message and to their credit they returned one of my calls and left me a voice message stating this was being escalated and that I should get an update. Haven't received any updates yet. This was supposed to be a Gift for someone and if I cannot get a product within 3 weeks after ordering and paying, there is something wrong. I have tried reaching the contact center and after a wait time it goes to a voice message box. My emails to the address have not been responded to as well. Not sure if I would shop again or recommend reservebar.
Order wasn't filled after two weeks even though credit card had hold placed for full amount (~$1000). No status updates... no promise of a future fulfillment date.
After 8 days was told one item was not available and would not be delivered. But no status on remaining items (3).
On inquiry was told order would now need to be split (again after 2 weeks) and each new order would take at least 7 - 10 business days... so like starting from scratch. But only as a response to my inquiry about the delay. So may never have heard a thing.
Use site at own risk! Nothing but delays and runaround for me!
Made a purchase six days ago. They took my money without a issue at all. I haven't heard back from them since. I have written two emails requesting and update and left one message via phone call.
I understand everything is on a cargo ship off the left coast but c'mon give me some form of update.

This is the worst cognac I have ever had. Sale price should be $19.99. I would prefer Ansac Cognac and definitely would prefer just plain old Courvoisier VS over Branson. This cognac is not in the ball park with 1738 Cognac and should not be in the ball park price wise. If they were offering refunds I definitely would take it. A waste of money.
This people will take your money and play all kind of third world country games.
I ordered a 21 year scotch and they delivered a 12 Year old one. It is over a week and not replacement yet. They sent me a tracking information last Thursday and still is not showing any activity.
