I've only ordered from this company twice. Last year it took over two weeks for a gift order to be delivered. I ordered it over a week before a friend's birthday hoping they'd receive it on time. They got it a week after… a little late obviously. I placed an order on 1/2/23 as a gift, and to date (1/9/23), "it's still being processed". It hasn't even been shipped yet. I attempted to cancel the order and request a full refund, yet the automated service won't allow orders to be canceled "once they've shipped". IT HASN'T EVEN GONE OUT YET! I've emailed several times, attempted to call and speak with a live person, and I've not received a single response to my emails, and I can't get a live person. It's ridiculous! I would not recommend ordering from them, nor will I ever order from them again! For the cost of the product and shipping, I'm pretty sure I could have gone to a local retailer and picked up the same item for less, but I was hoping to have it delivered as a nice surprise. The surprise is that they took my money and no gift has been sent yet. Companies shouldn't charge until the item is shipped. No idea when my friend will receive their gift.
I ordered a special whiskey as a gift on 12/7/22. As of 12/30/22, the order has not been shipped. I have called reserve bar and no one answers the phone. They tell you to email or text. I have sent 3 emails, 2 texts and still get no response. The website for track order does not provide any info either. However, they were quick to take my money. This is either the worst customer service ever or it is only a scam and they have no intention of delivering any goods.
An $1800 order has gone missing for almost three weeks, despite emails and phone calls that it is "finally moving." It's still "having problem,." Reserve bar blames the vendor. Vendor blames the shipping department. No one takes accountability. In fact, Reserve Bar's entire customer service system (online forms, or "chats") seems designed to make you sit around until you get bored or frustrated enough to just leave. The only thing they seem really good at is charging your card as fast as possible.
This site regularly shows what I can only call "false" pricing to get you to their site and then you find the actual price to be significantly more. I've attached some example pics below...DJ 1942 for $140 and then you go to their site and it's $280. Not cool.
My friend sent me a birthday gift of special edition Moet champagne. First I was sent someone else's order- complete with the note that was part of someone else's order. Then reservebar was contacted that it was wrong and to please rectify the error and ship out the special edition Moet that had been ordered they sent out a standard bottle of Moet (which conveniently cost $30 less than the one paid for). Customer service was contacted again and they said they would ship out correct bottle. After I did not receive anything for a week and a half we reached out again and they said I had to pay the difference between the standard Moet and the special edition Moet for them to ship it out. Are you kidding me? You sent the wrong bottle in error, fail to communicate with anyone and then expect the customer to pay for your error?!?! Unbelievable.

Ordered on 6/15/2022 for Fathers Day gift, I expected the gift might be a day late but it's now July 1,2022 gift still has not been received very disappointed. This was my first and last time ordering from this company. My father finally received his gift and enjoyed it.
My 1st time using this site and my bottle was sent to Connecticut, instead of South Carolina. Not good!
I ordered three items a month ago. I received an email about a week ago that one of my items is out of stock. Still waiting for my remaining items that I order to be shipped. Part of the value prop of Reservebar is getting your order delivered but when it takes over a month to receive, suddenly your neighborhood liquor store is looking like a better way to go.
I received a gift certificate for $100 and I ordered more than $100 worth of items. It's been over a month and my purchases were not received. One of the items was out of stock and instead of reimbursing my credit card as asked, I was given a gift card. Only 1 out of the 4 items were received. For reference, my order number is ORDER #*******. I want a refund on my order, not a gift card to use for items that are never received.
Placed an order on 11/27/21 for 5 bottles... 3 delivered 01/06/22 and 2 missing... just so happened to be
$249 and $113 bottles of scotch... sent multiple emails, submitted multiple help tickets, and even chatted with customer service. No updates... no shipments... no attempt at making it right. Would be zero stars if it gave me the option. If you like waiting for any response while this company has your money then please order! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I placed 2 orders on the same day, 1st was delivered in 4 days. I inquired about my 2nd order 5 days after placing, the person informed me it was in stock and should ship soon, I followed up 3 days later for a ship date. Suddenly it was out of stock and cancelled and I my refund would take 3-5 business days but yet they charge you in 3-5 mins!

Had to order some Hennessy for my wedding and it was so hard to find Hennessy because of the shortage. I had ordered 36 bottle of VS Hennessy 750ML and 10 bottle of VSOP 750ML 3 days before my shipment arrived today! That was insanely fast and their packaging was just beautiful! Thank you reserve bar I'll be sure to give out the words to many of my family and friends of how awesome your service was!
As of February 4,2022 and 4 emails later, I have without any success received no contact back regarding a shipment I never received. I have all the information from the shipping company how it was shipped broken and have begged for either my product or my money back and they will not even respond with a solution or any communication whatsoever. I will also file with BBB regarding this company. So disappointed.
First time I ordered, it never came in over a month. Nobody would respond to my email inquiries so I had to find someone high up on LinkedIn to assist me. She did, she was great and helped me cancel my order and they gave me a giftcard for my troubles. I waited till after the holiday rush to use my GC, it's been over two weeks and still no responses to my email inquiries, but they did email me to tell me two of the items I ordered were out of stock (still waiting on that refund, surprise surprise). If I ever get my shipment or refund, I'll never order from them ever again. Terrible experience and horrendous customer service.
I have chatted with two Customer Service reps regarding incorrect items in my order. I have received no follow-up information or resolution.
Ordered 2 bottles that turned out to be not in stock. Order was confirmed and credit card charged. After 1 week I contacted them for an order status update and was told the item was not in stock, but they never cancelled my order or issued a refund until I requested it. Meanwhile several hundred dollars collecting interest on my credit account. Disappointed.
This was a terrible experience. I tried to take advantage of a black friday sale, and spent a lot of time putting together a big enough order to get to the sale threshold - I ended up ordering four rather expensive (for me) bottles that I spent a lot of time researching and searching the site. A month later, after emailing several times trying to get updates, I got an automated email saying none of the bottles were available, and my order was cancelled.
Easy to order and take payment. But my purchase of 12/16 for 6 bottles of champagne have not been delivered as of Today is 12/29. No return call nor e-mail update status. Frustrating customer service :(
Avoid - they'll take your money and "lose" your order. Customer support will do nothing.
