With so many over priced and questionable online retailers in the liquor industry out there today it's refreshing to deal with a company like Reserve Bar. My order shipped quickly and arrived without incident. I will be a customer again.

I ordered a bottle for my husband as an anniversary gift. Reserve Bar contacted mento let me know that the specific bottle I ordered was no longer available. They provided me with alternatives, which I very much appreciated. I was worried that because I had to choose a substitute, it wouldn't get here on time for the anniversary, but it did! Thank you Reserve Bar and the customer service reps that helped me out!
So many issues in the service. First there were items on the site with inaccurate pricing. When I ordered 6 bottles, 2 got canceled. On my card I was charged by each store the bottles come from separately, but charged taxes from reserve bar. Never seen this system before. I want all my charges billed from reservebar. Delivery drivers were just uber drivers and one was a bit unprofessional.
Shopping and ordering was easy, seem less. The site worked well and I had no issues.

I am regretfully writing this review after multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve an issue with my order. I placed an order on May 6,2023, and since then, I have encountered numerous problems.
Firstly, the order status has remained 'in progress' for an extended period without any apparent movement or update. Secondly, the provided tracking number seems to be invalid or unrecognized on the courier's website. This has left me in a situation where I have no visibility of my order or its whereabouts.
My attempts to seek clarification and assistance from the company's customer service have been largely ignored. Despite reaching out to them for a resolution, I have received no response to my inquiries.
Such a lack of communication and transparency is incredibly disappointing and has left me feeling both frustrated and concerned about the legitimacy of my order.
I am sharing my experience here in the hope that future customers are aware of the issues they might face when dealing with this company. In the meantime, I will continue my efforts to get an update on my order or, if necessary, cancel and seek a full refund.
I ordered on this website because it said " usually ships within 2 days, but it's been almost 2 weeks and is only now being ready to ship. Will not order from this website again. Misleading. Should say usually ships within 1-2 weeks NOT days.
Website said 3-5 days to receive order. After 6 days, emailed for status, 2 days to respond that they would contact fulfillment agent, day 8 I emailed to cancel the order, would not make it for son in law's birthday. Day 9 they emailed that order has shipped, but shipping info says label printed. Emailed again that this order has been cancelled. Their solution, deny the delivery and they would refund all but a $15 restock fee. Not impressed!
Based on this company's overall positive ratings, it appears that I am one of the unlucky one in ten who have had a negative experience. I ordered a bottle of Uncle Nearest and the website states it normally ships within 2 business days. It's been close to three weeks and the order hasn't even been processed. Responses from customer service are canned with a vague promise to follow up—and there is no follow up. At this point, I am hoping that I don't get ripped off.
Placed an initial order 12/29/22, contacted a week later when a vendor had yet to be selected, two weeks out one was selected but still no shipment, three, four weeks on and after I email both vendors, they reply that they are sorry and it will be handled that day. Five, six weeks on and still nothing. The vendor selected has a phone that is busy 24/7 and an online chat that goes nowhere.
