I ordered over 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my item. I reached out for an update on my item and they couldn't tell me anything that I already knew. You have to be home to sign for the item but that can't even update you with a specific day. Makes no sense!
I ordered what was advertised as a great deal ( a set of 12 year old McCallan). I found out an hour after I placed the order (on a Sunday) that I could have gotten both of the bottles locally for $60.00 less than what I paid. When I tried to cancel the order I was told it had already shipped (on a Sunday?). I contacted TERSSA, Their Customer Service Division(?) and they "generously " gave me $25.00 credit. I received my order today and instead of receiving the 2 bottle set I ordered, I only received 1 of the bottles. After finally finding a number to call them on, I called and they said they would have someone from TRESSA call me back immeadiately. That was a half ago. This was bought as gift for Fathers Day so now I have to find a shop to purchase the other item I wanted to give and it looks like I am out $70.00 I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this site!
I've always received excellent service from Reserve Bar, and when they did have a complication that slowed an order (quarantine and holiday rush) they took the care to make things right. I think some of the deadlines and expectations we've set for ourselves and our businesses during a quarantine are both unrealistic and unhealthy, and they more than fulfilled my expectations. I've ordered from Reserve Bar in the past and will do so again.
I wouldn't order from here if you have any kind of expectation of receiving something besides marketing material within a couple of months.
I placed an order on April 16th, after a confirmation email later that day, I heard nothing from them in regards to the order itself until May 1st saying it was processed and will ship soon & even provided a FedEx Tracking #. Since then, they have not initiated a single update in regards to my order.
On May 11th, I sent an email asking for an update, received an auto response email indicating that someone would be in touch soon. Received what was indicated as another auto response email later on the 11th advising they're backed up due to the pandemic, but someone would respond as soon as possible. May 19th, after receiving no update, I reached back out to customer service inquiring again about my order, received a brief response on the 20th advising my order was still being processed, (which goes against the presumed auto email) update I received on May 1st.
In the meantime, while they can't seem to get my shipment out the door, I've received I kid you not 48 advertisement emails from them & 2 paper mailers.
Totally incompetent, unresponsive, and complete lack of communication.
Received an email last friday regarding an order that I had placed that one of my items was now out of stock and they did not know when it was going to be back in stock, told to respond within 48 hours, which I did, asking or clarification. Then found a prior email that they had canceled part of the order and refunded me for that item, but had made no mention of it in the email regarding the 2nd item. They were then instructed to just cancel the order and refund the remainder of the amount. No response and multiple emails later. 1 of the 3 items arrives at my house 5 days later with no shipping notice that it was even sent and still no response to my previous emails. Glad I got one of the bottles, but at this point I had already ordered elsewhere and got my order in less than 2 days from another retailer! I am currently giving them another day before I will be forced to dispute the charge on my card for the remaining difference for the one bottle that they have not refunded me.
In short, piss poor customer service, no communication, they have no idea what they are even doing, and can't be bothered to even let you know when items have shipped. Will 100% never do business with them again.

I ordered sometime during the week of April 13th. After no confirmation email I waited until the 20th before emailing to request a cancelation as I had not had any confirmation through them or their bushleague associated app Arrive. I got an email two days later saying that my order was already in the process of being shipped, that my card had been charged, and asking me to be patient. Following another request to cancel I got an automated message saying bear with us while we work through customer questions and complaints'. Uh huh. Another week passes. I again request a cancellation. Automated response. I request a cancelation yet again yesterday and am informed that my order has been ticketed to ship' whatever that might mean. So not only have they charged my card 3 weeks ago and given no confirmation, but then they falsely claimed that my package had shipped when it hadn't.
I have never been jerked around more by any company. I cannot adequately explain through text how amazingly inconsiderate and opaque this company has been about every single stage of this process. Do not do business with them. At this point I don't think they actually have anything of value to offer customers.
I ordered a pretty expensive bottle of tequila as a gift for a friend on 4/10/2020. According to UPS the package was damaged. I contacted Reserve Bar to see if another package would be mailed out. All I got was the run around. After several attempts to get my order I decided to request a refund. The response I got was be patient. I am unable to speak to anyone and my emails are now being ignored. I would suggest giving your business to another company. If something happens to your package during delivery (which may be likely in certain areas) they will not refund your money or resend your order. They make no effort to make it right with the customer. Now I'm just out of money and frustrated. Thanks for nothing Reserve Bar

No communication, inquiries to customer support result in "canned" responses. They refuse to issue a refund, I have had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company.
After placing my order for 2 items for a gift on 4/21 I get an e-mail on 5/1 saying sorry we don't have one of them and we'll refund that item and tax. That's all well and good but the shipping and service fee are almost as much as what I have left on the order. E-mailed I would like those refunded I doubt I hear from them. I will not be using this service in the future. Poor way of handling their short stock. Now I have to scramble for some sort of replacement. Poor way to do business totally hands off.
Ordered some scotch was promised delivered but it never arrive. Took 2 weeks of emails and calls to get them to send my order. When it arrived it was incomplete. Further contact to see when the rest of the order would arrive but no response until a refund showed up in my PayPal account.
UPDATE: Reserve Bar charged my card a MONTH before the order was fulfilled. I emailed several times and the order suddenly prepared for shipment a few hours after I asked about their refund policy and mentioned a credit card dispute. It is normal that there is a reasonable delay during the Covid crisis, but it is unreasonable to charge a credit card a month before an order is actually fulfilled, with zero communication specific to my order after numerous requests. With sites like Drizly, which will match you with a local store and they deliver same day, there is no need for such poor service from this online retailer.
While I understand a delay, communication is necessary. Order was placed almost 10 days ago with no update and no communication to my inquiry.
If you are attempting to order from these people during this pandemic... DO NOT. Take a look at the most recent reviews; we all share something in common. Instead of pausing orders so that they can catch up on the MASSIVE BACKLOG, they are still taking orders with no absolutely no idea when your order will arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ANY TIME SOON... your orders will not arrive! And yes, I requested a cancellation... think they responded to that?
My original order was placed back in March. I understand the delay due to the circumstances. I don't understand how the wrong item was shipped when you had all that time to confirm the order. I ordered Espresso Vodka but received regular vodka. Then trying to get in contact with someone to get it replaced with the correct item was horrible. When customer service finally responded to their error they had to verify a replacement would be sent. Which took a few days. Finally I was told they would replace the item once fedex picked up the wrong item and not before. I will never order from ReserveBar. I would not select any * but it won't let me.
They will bill you immediately but never ship. You may get a shipping label, but it stops there. You have been warned. I'll let the credit card company deal with them.
No order confirmation received, after 6 phone conversations and several emails and 3 weeks later I tried to cancel my order. This was a nightmare! A month later and many request for a refund I'm still waiting on one or the other. Something is really sketchy about this poorly run business. Don't buy from them.
From Reserve Bar Website: "Orders received before noon will ship on the same day for most products. Sometimes a product might be out of stock, and will delay shipment a day or two. If delay is greater than 2 days, you will be contacted. We aim to have your order delivered within 3 to 5 business days"

My order to Pennsylvania was placed and received within a week. This was impressive considering the increased order volume ReserveBar must be encountering. The website was easy to navigate. Thanks for the great service!
I ordered from them at the beginning of April, they sent an order confirmation but no details as to when to expect the order. About a week later I emailed customer service to find out where the order stands, they could not give me any definite idea. A few days later UPS has a receipt that the package is ready to be picked up - but they never received it? So I emailed again with similar luck - they can't seem to find out where the order is. Fast forward now 3 weeks and the order is still MIA. I told them to just cancel the order, but that still has not happened. Keep in mind my credit card was billed for $140 several weeks ago with no package - or explanation. I realize that there's alot going on in the world right now, but I just thought I'd put my experience out there.
I ordered a bottle of gin from Reserve Bar since I couldn't find it in any stores near me. The bottle was leaking when it arrived. I sent pictures to customer service. Lou (and also Daniel once) emailed back and forth with me to help me get a better bottle. They were very quick and easy to work with. I will definitely be using Reserve Bar again!
