I would request that you have a different shipping company other then FedEx. I received notice that my order which was a gift for my 75 year old uncle would be delivered today March 13,2020. I waited home all day because it needed a signature for delivery. Now, this bottle of the finest whiskey was supposed to be given to him on the 14th of March for a surprise birthday party. FedEx never delivered the package and now telling me that it won't be delivered until Monday March 16th. A few days late. This is completely unsatisfactory since packages should be delivered when promised. I've never had issues with any other company, ie UPS Amazon or USPS. Understanding you have no control over FedEx but it is the delivery service your company choose to use. I couldve most likely gotten this whiskey locally or close by but choose to use your company since it had good reviews.
Bait and switch email regarding woodford bourbon free shipping and 55/bottle turned into 9.97 and 60!
Called and complained and got nowhere
I placed an order 2/10/20. I noticed that I haven't heard anything from them 2/19/20. I emailed them for order status and date i can expect the gift to be delivered. They responded 2/20/20 saying they needed an alternate email and phone number to process my order and never answered my question. I sent alternate info and asked why my order is just now being verified ten days later. Still no answer. Horrible service! I have no idea whether to cancel and send another gift to recipient or wait. Just Sad!
I received a coupon for 5 dollars off purchase, which would have been worth not stopping by the liquor store to save five bucks, but shipping was nearly 15 dollars. Not worth paying 10 extra dollars for a doorstep delivery.
Life happens and everyone should understand that... so when I had a mishap with my shipment, I sent an email to customer service and was very disappointed when I received really poor service, rooted in an inability to listen and respond with transparency and empathy for the client. I escalated my concern and promptly received a call from a representative of the company who genuinely cared about what I was saying and did all she could to assure me that she is following up and that the company will get better from the experience that I had. That is all that I can ask and I am very pleased to offer my support for this company!
They shipped me the wrong bottle. It also was broken and leaking so I threw it away. They shipped me my replacement bottle and it was the wrong bottle again. Now I have to ship this wrong bottle back to them and cross my fingers and hope that they can get it right the third time? I'm not holding my breath. Will not be ordering from them again.
Stay away! They do not conduct a professional business. I ordered a bottle for my husband for christmas and it showed a fedex tracking number. When it stated it was delivered - it shows it was delivered to someone in another state and signed for by a different person! I contacted customer service numerous times with no response. Decided to dispute it on my paypal account and they never responded but provided a "$10 off offer"... uhhh... no?! How about you give me what I already paid for or refund my money! No response STILL. It's been over a month now. Save your money and trouble and go to a Binny's or ANY other liquor store to conduct business with.
Great selection, but terrible service. Placed 2 orders, neither was filled in two weeks. I contacted them, and they said that they were having some issues with their vendors. 2 days later, miraculously, one order was ready to ship. The other order was not. I receive an email from them referencing an order # that was not mine, and saying they cannot deliver engraved bottles to Michigan. After telling them that this was not my order, they agree, and say they will check on the order. A day later, they come back and say they cannot deliver wine to Michigan (the order that was shipped, was delivered in Michigan). They asked either to provide another address outside of MI or they could refund my money. I stated my displeasure that it took 3 weeks from when i placed my order to tell me they won't deliver. They gave a canned response, and refunded my money. This was meant to be a gift, now it will be over a month to give them the gift.
Ordered a gift on 12/25 that was not even sent by 1/6 the recipients 92nd birthday! 3 bottle for more then $180 was charged immediately than nothing. Customer Service no reply to multiple emails. Stay away... they are dishonest.
I am currently stationed overseas and ordered six bottles to be sent as Christmas gifts back in the states on Dec 3. Made several inquiries as to the status of my order. No replies. Finally on December 24 I received a generic email saying that my order had been cancelled. No apology or explanation. Thanks for the great gift! I can't say customer service is horrible because there is none. Not a way to compete in this day and age. After this experience and reading other similar reviews will never order from again.
I ordered a rare bottle of Whisky from Reserve Bar and they sent it through FedEx. It was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday so I took the day off to sign for the package. However, FedEx never showed up, but listed that they attempted to deliver it. They then said it would be delivered on Friday, so once again, I stayed home and sure enough they never showed up. I called FedEx and they said they were returning it to shipper, not because of failed attempts (though their portal shows this), but because it's missing an item (not sure what that would be, since it's a single bottle of Whisky). I contacted Reserve Bar with my situation, and screenshots, and their response was it had three failed attempts, and that if I wanted a bottle they would charge me $14. Absolutely awful customer service, terrible pricing, and they work with FedEx. I would rather drive to a liquor store out of the state than to order with this group. If you want something from them, good luck.
3 weeks later and still don't have my alcohol. Most of these bottles are sold at your local liquor store for CHEAPER! I thought I was ordering special flavors that wouldn't be available at your average store - wrong. Cost way more, communication with customer service has been awful and still haven't received my order. I definitely would NEVER order from here again.
My order was placed on Dec 14 for an anticipated delivery before Dec 23-Christmas present for an important client. I never received a tracking number, so by Dec 22 I wrote in to customer support. Received a quick reply that the order was being filled. Not satisfied, I called the next day. The customer service rep told me there was a problem with my PayPal and that I should call them and straighten it out. WHAT? My PayPal account was charged the day I ordered and so was my credit card. Paid. Not pending, but Paid. On his advice, we canceled that order and placed the exact same order again. He confirmed payment. Fast forward to December 30. No tracking number yet. I called and was told there was a problem, the representative would research and call me back. 8 hours later; no callback from them. So I called and was told the item was out of stock with no re-stock date available and they're canceling my order, refunding the money. So now it's 2+ weeks later and I have no gift for my client. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I would advise anyone to steer clear of ReserveBar. Oh-7 days and counting still waiting for the call back from the Supervisor. What a joke.
Their website kicked back my order 4 times despite the Credit Company telling me they had approved on all 4 attempts. I called and placed the order manually (which was antiquated and took forever) and then after being told I would receive a shipping #, that never took place until I called back a week later to be told my order was shipped 7 days after I had ordered it. I never received any notification, the only communication is during or after me calling them. I'd recommend using a more reputable service - their free shipping isn't exactly honest either. They call it a service fee.
I placed an order on the 17th and it's now the 27th and still no confirmation it shipped. I have sent over a handful of emails only to be told I'd need to contact the carrier with some bogus tracking numbers but when I do, they direct back to ReserveBar because the product had not been released to that courier. I finally got someone on the phone at ReserveBar on the 26th and they assured me it would be taken care of. Then today, I received voicemail that said they couldn't help and I'd need to work with UPS. Ridiculous. I called back to their customer service line and talked to a Kevin who was snide and unhelpful. I asked him if I could talk to a manager and he gave me the name of Prince Garcia but he wasn't available (shocker). I looked these guys up on BBB and they had several complaints and clearly are not accredited by them. To make matters worse, I'm certain that the customer service rep, Kevin set the phone down for like 20 seconds while I was asking for the mangers last name. I heard him giggling. Terrible, ridiculous service. I work for a very large company, I'll be sure to advise all I know to not use this company.
Another person waiting over a week for them to actually send the bottle I bought instead of taking of just taking my money and sitting on the order. Bad company to do business with, I won't order from them again.
Incompetent and unable to ship orders promptly. Sure are quick about charging you card though after 5 days of order being unfulfilled and nothing but a form letter response for so called customer service I canceled order.
This company has no idea what they are doing! I ordered a bottle of wine through them during a promotion that they clearly were not ready to take on. After about two weeks of not hearing anything they contacted me stating that the wine I ordered was out of stock. After that I was contacted by multiple customer service reps trying to work out a replacement. I thought everything was settled after they sent me a tracking number with the name of a replacement bottle. That was a week ago. My order still has not shipped! They've done nothing but create a label. All I got out of this is an inbox full of messages from customer support and no booze. Crappy. Will not use this site again. Waste of time
EXTREMELY disappointed with service as well as customer service representatives and supervisors. I ordered Christmas gifts on 12-9-2019. I double checked fine print to ensure they would arrive by 12-21-2019. Label was printed on 12-12-2019 but Company did not request fed ex to pick up bottles to be shipped to me until 12-18-2019. This was an error on their part. The bottles were ready and waiting pick up. I had to call multiple times. It wasn't until 12-17 when I called the second time that Reserve Bar noticed their error. In the mean time they assured me my packages would arrive by 12-19. Representatives on phone offered to help but lied. They including supervisor said they would call back and did not. Chris said she would expedite new bottles to me and call me back with tracking number. She did not. I got an informal email the next day, too late to order anything else, stating no bottles were available. No one reached out. Neither of the bottles I ordered for Christmas are arriving in time. No one from the company has offered or is willing to rectify this.
I ordered a nice bottle of Whiskey for Christmas on December 12th. It was not shipped until a week later and now will not arrive in time for Christmas. This was my first attempt to use this site. I'm quite disappointed. They had cutoff dates for delivery by Christmas and I ordered before the cutoff.
