Placed order on a Sunday. It's Wednesday night & still no email stating items have shipped. When I inquired they did respond & said they would check but never heard back. Very poor communication!
The company waited over 4 days to notify me that my order was out of stock after they stated I would have my order ready by Christmas. Very unprofessional.
Bad communication. Sell items they don't have in stock. Daily spam mail. No news on orders. Only receive genetic form letter type response.
I placed an order on the 23 of November. It is December 16th and I still haven't recieved it. The order was marked as shipped on Dec. 2 with an incomplete tracking number.
I had placed an order online for a bottle of scotch as a birthday gift for my son. I received a confirmation email that my order had been placed, but never any more information after that. Since the transaction showed up on my credit card, I decided to call the phone number that was listed from ReserveBar on my credit card statement. The number ended up being a former employee of the company. (Now I'm thinking I got scammed.) However, she was very nice, got me the correct phone number for customer service and then she even sent an email to her former employer to get things corrected. After talking to customer service, I was told that my order had already been shipped and was soon to be out for delivery. They gave me an expected delivery date, and they ended up being off by one day. Tis the holiday season. I contacted my son to let him know that he should be getting a delivery, only to find out he'd been receiving text messages all along from ReserveBar. (So that explains why I didn't get any messages after the initial email confirmation.) So for all the skeptics out there who are questioning whether ReserveBar is a scam, I assure you they are a real company with some great quality products! Best of all, my son was very pleased with his birthday gift. Here's the text message he sent to me:
"Wow now that's a great scotch! I opened it a little early! Hahahah. It's a great scotch and is easy to sip. Very smooth with a good wood cask finish. MaCallen is the luxury classic scotch. If people like scotch it is what you want on display."
Spoken like a true scotch connoisseur! I anticipate using ReserveBar in the future.
My order is who knows where. Reserve Bar says it was delivered. I nevet received a tracking number or shipping notification. They responded to my query with a shipping number which shows my package delivered to the wrong city and signed for by someone I have never heard of. Their response was that I call the shipping company to track down my order. This order was near $200 and *I* have to find my lost package?!
And the spam emails are daily.
Conducted an order on November 30,2019. It was my only purchase on that card for November. Suddenly my card had been completely wiped with numerous online purchases.
They either used it or sold it.

Honestly the product is great everything came perfectly everything was packed gaged perfectly I did have to sign upon receiving my packages because we need to be 21. I had seen that other people are saying that this was a scam no it was not I got my product I got it for a good price I'm an actual person not a random robot or anything like that you can check my social media you don't believe me it's Melanie Queen. The only thing is I did not really get notifications of when my packages were coming but overall everything was good.
My experience with the reserve bar was AMAZING! The shipping was fast and my purchase was jus beautiful I am overly pleased with my experience here I would recommend everyone buts from here.
Got lots of e mails claiming to have links to Fed Ex tracking number. They did not work, routing me instead to the ReserveBar website., Then got an email claiming the order had been delivered when it was not. Very difficult to get any hellp from ReserveBar on line or on the phone. Finally I called an executive at the firm and they followed up well after that and all items were delivered. Their automated system did not work, but their people responded after I got them engaged.

It was so much frustrating enough to make me gave up my purchase and to find a local retailer with better service.
My dad purchased me a 6 bottle subscription for my birthday which is July 18. He ordered the moonshine pack 2 months before July thinking it would be a great surprise which turned out to be big joke. July came and I received 2 glasses and a note saying a surprise would accompany it very shortly. Next month comes another set of glasses. We contacted the company and after multiple back and for emails were traded my father then told them to cancel it and refund the amout of the purchase. Then recieved an email saying it was shipped. Then recieved a package with with bottles, one for the first month and second for that month. It is now the 5th month of the original purchase date and still only 2 bottles recieved. This is the worst company I've ever felt with and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY!
I ordered a bottle of vintage champagne as a thank you gift for a friend who had helped with my wedding. She instead received a bottle of Hennessy. When I alerted ReserveBar about this, they demanded a screenshot, which thankfully I was able to get. They will also require her to return the bottle unopened and in good condition or I will get charged for it. I have no control over what other people do, making this a high risk situation.
This will be my first and last time ordering from ReserveBar again, as it is something I would only use for gifts, and with their policies the gifts have too high a chance of being pricier than I would ever intend.
Ordered two one time offers and have heard nothing. Try contacting them via email. Impossible. Took 10 minutes to find their number. I will never do business ever with this company.
I placed my order on a Friday as a congrats for a client. She was only going to be at her location for a week. I received an email that my order was shipped on Monday, only to then receive another email telling me there was a problem with my credit card address. So I called gave them a different credit card and also let them know that they needed to get the gift there this week. I was assured that would be no problem. I called them every day for a week checking on the status and was told everything was good. Then I realized they charged both of my credit cards the full amount. In the end they only refunded one of my cards and never even shipped the gift to my client. I cancelled my order and have asked multiple times for a full refund on my second card they charged. I was told that it was refunded, was not. Now I am told that they will refund me $52 not the full $103 that I paid. Do not use! I wasted a week expecting my client to get a gift and am still out my money that I paid for the gift that was never even shipped. If I could give no stars I would.
My first time using this site. I made a purchase August 4th and I am still waiting on October 17th. I have emailed twice and called a couple of times. No one answers or returns calls? My order was paid back in August. Yet no one can tell me the status of my order. Very disappointed in their customer service which seems to be non-existent.
Andrew and myself toured Bushmills in the Nineties (he is from Belfast- we now live in Canada). Nothing compares to this marvellous outfit and we plan to return again!

The order wasn't shipped in 3-5 business days as quoted and now that only 2 of the 3 items are shipping it's well beyond the 3-5 business days. The missing item was one of the reasons I placed the order. I don't see myself ordering anything again and telling others to go elsewhere as well.
