I ordered sometime during the week of April 13th. After no confirmation email I waited until the 20th before emailing to request a cancelation as I had not had any confirmation through them or their bushleague associated app Arrive. I got an email two days later saying that my order was already in the process of being shipped, that my card had been charged, and asking me to be patient. Following another request to cancel I got an automated message saying bear with us while we work through customer questions and complaints'. Uh huh. Another week passes. I again request a cancellation. Automated response. I request a cancelation yet again yesterday and am informed that my order has been ticketed to ship' whatever that might mean. So not only have they charged my card 3 weeks ago and given no confirmation, but then they falsely claimed that my package had shipped when it hadn't.
I have never been jerked around more by any company. I cannot adequately explain through text how amazingly inconsiderate and opaque this company has been about every single stage of this process. Do not do business with them. At this point I don't think they actually have anything of value to offer customers.
A very good scotch very smooth. It's perfect flavors stick around and linger enough to make you want more.
Worst customer service ever! I ordered 2 bottles of Don Q Limon on December 19th. I didn't need it until the 30th so 11 days was plenty of time. I hadn't heard anything on the 23rd and emailed them asking why it hadn't shipped yet. I received a response saying I ordered too late for it to be delivered by Christmas and if it's engraved it will take longer. Hello dummies it said the 30th and no engraving. I've gone back and forth with them only to receive an email on the 31st saying it was ready to ship. I go to the tracking to find out why it's not been delivered on the 5th, it states label created that's it. So I message again and get a generic we will look into it. Followed up today by an email stating that it's out of stock and another retailers fault for notifying them late. I say ok then cancel the order and refund my money. Get another email full of the reservebar ignorance I've come to expect saying they have to call the warehouse and make sure they haven't sent the bottles yet! It's out of stock for Christ's sake! Never again will I order from them and I will definitely keeping informing friends and family as well!
Avoid - they'll take your money and "lose" your order. Customer support will do nothing.
Go to your local ABC store.
Terrible costumer service, everything bad, never received any product. I will never buy again. The worst experience ever.

UPDATE: After a ton of research ReserveBar is totally scamming people. The company, 'ReserveBar' is actually a company named, US Beverage Advertising located in Connecticut. ReserveBar's corporate office/headquarters is listed as being in Dallas, TX and with me living 10 minutes away I took a little drive out there. Of course I wasnt surprised to find out its actually someones personal residence. Thats someone not having anything to do with ReserveBar. This is so bad for them.
I gave ONE STAR only because ZERO STARS was not an option.
Don't order from this company. It will be week's late and that's only if it ships at all.
Don't even think about receiving a refund because that's not going to happen either.
Only order from them if you want to waste your time, money and patience.
My next step is small claims court and it's only because its time people and companies start being held accountable for their crappy ways. It's not even about the money at this point.

Companies so crappy they received an (F) Id think would close the doors from embarrassment alone. Absolutely a disgrace!

My experience with the reserve bar was AMAZING! The shipping was fast and my purchase was jus beautiful I am overly pleased with my experience here I would recommend everyone buts from here.

Waited almost 3 weeks to receive my order. Had to contact customer service multiple times. And when I got my order the packaging was bent!
I placed an order on the 17th and it's now the 27th and still no confirmation it shipped. I have sent over a handful of emails only to be told I'd need to contact the carrier with some bogus tracking numbers but when I do, they direct back to ReserveBar because the product had not been released to that courier. I finally got someone on the phone at ReserveBar on the 26th and they assured me it would be taken care of. Then today, I received voicemail that said they couldn't help and I'd need to work with UPS. Ridiculous. I called back to their customer service line and talked to a Kevin who was snide and unhelpful. I asked him if I could talk to a manager and he gave me the name of Prince Garcia but he wasn't available (shocker). I looked these guys up on BBB and they had several complaints and clearly are not accredited by them. To make matters worse, I'm certain that the customer service rep, Kevin set the phone down for like 20 seconds while I was asking for the mangers last name. I heard him giggling. Terrible, ridiculous service. I work for a very large company, I'll be sure to advise all I know to not use this company.

I live in New York and wanted to give a thank you gift to my in-laws. Reserved Bar made it easy and quick to deliver the give to those far away!
