THE ROOM I BOOKED WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN I CHECKED IN. THE PALAZZO (LAS VEGAS) FRONT DESK BOOKED ME ANOTHER ROOM, WITH TWO QUEENS INSTEAD OF MY ORIGINAL BOOKING OF A PREMIER KING ROOM. I WAS CHARGED DURING PHYSICALLY BOOKING AT THE PALAZZO. AND I WAS CHARGED BY YOUR COMPANY WHEN I BOOKED. DOUBLE CHARGED, DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE BACK AFTER SENDING EMAILS.

I got blocked by another site saying something about my java script and making me seem like a robot.
They asked for feedback and I told them they sucked! I am a person. I don't know a thing about my java script and I need a hotel room! I took too long to put a puzzle piece in the right spot.
