I had no idea booking this way, there would be a 24% booking fee added. I should have called the hotel directly and saved that money.

I have a 12yr old daughter that plays softball. She made a terrible decision and used my card to book a room for a tournament. When I received an email about it, I called to cancel. I was told that I could cancel but they were keeping my money. I daughter is punished but they booked from a 12yr old and it cost me over 500 dollars. Not a company I would use. Checking with my attorney to see if that is even legal.

I find it weird the hotel doesn't really have a website. Why can't I just go through the Hotel Website. When I asked for a receipt they couldn't give me one because I booked through something else.
