Being a senior, it was quite easy for me to make my request. I am at a loss, however, because I understood that only $17.99 was to charged to my card. I also see a charge for $124.30. Please clarify.

I booked my room but did not receive a VIP rate. I just stayed there a month ago and paid $500 a night and didn't receive any VIP then either. This will be my last time booking a room at the casino. Not impressed when I'm told I will have VIP rate.
