Very easy to use didn't realize there was a fee involved

Taxes and fees are dictated by the hotel suppliers and are not itemized when we receive them. Your total price includes taxes and fees required to complete your reservation.

Not very happy that there is a price change ($50 increase) with booking.

We also make an additional request at the time of check-out. Occasionally, due to the dynamic nature of hotel room rates, the price may be different at the time of check-out. Although uncommon, it would appear as though we increased the price or gave a last-minute discount. We wish the price had not gone up in your case, but we can assure you that you received the very best rate we had available at the time you booked.
