We arrived at our hotel and were told they couldn't honor reservation as all rooms booked. GM of hotel helping me get refund from reservation desk, but they won't respond to GM either. I'm out $164.00.

I'm handicapped and need ground floor or an elevator but no where to indicate this Not happy There is a fee, I was under the impression that I was talking to the Hotel, not a service.
Wonderful and quick. I started and was done so quickly. Info on internet page very complete. The only thing was I had no place to arrange for AARP, but as I have found before it can be done quickly at check in. When I arrive everything is done smoothly and quickly. Desk employees are always happy and healthful.

If a room has this special discount, then it will be shown in the room title. If the discount is not indicated, the provider no longer has that rate available, unfortunately. We wish these discounts were always available.
Upon checking in we were told there were no towels for the pool, use your room towels (we only had two, although we had four people registered). We were also told the slide was closed due to the lifeguard not working that day. The kids were disappointed, but loved the pool. Later, walking by the facilities' worker's laundry, I asked for and received six more towels. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the whole motel. Cigarette smoke was venting into our room (via the ac?). We contacted the front desk twice and were told the manager knew but could not remedy or give us a different room and did not offer a discount for our stay.

DO NOT BOOK THRU THIS COMPANY. MY EMPLOYEE GOT TO HOTEL AND THE RESERVATION WAS NOT THERE. HAD TO PAY AGAIN ON MY CARD SO THEY COULD GET A ROOM. THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS OR ANSWER CALLS FOR REFUND. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. JUST CALL THE HOTEL STRAIGHT UP! LESSON LEARNED. I WILL BE DISPUTING CHARGES.

They will lie about what hotel your actually getting, screw up the registration so bad the hotel won't y take it and then an hour later tell you you can't cancel after never saying so from the beginning! Put me on hold 42 minutes and never answered when I called back! TOTAL SCAM. - RUN!

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
