Poor Customer Service

Trying to get through to a representative that could assist me was HELL! I booked the reservation and had to call your customer service 800 number about 5 minutes later. I needed clarification on the room because the way the reservation was written it appeared as thou I was booking 2 rooms instead of 1. Well I had to call the number 4 different times and each time there was at least a 15 minutes wait and nobody ever came on the line. The last time I called, I just decided to wait it out and that was 25 minutes!

Reservation Desk attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Helpful & Friendly

I was able to make reservations for a room on-line with no problem. We will be attending a performance in March so wanted to get tickets too. Found that nearly impossible on-line so called and spoke to a VERY friendly young lady who helped me through the whole process and even gave me a tip for more perks and savings once I arrived! I am so very satisfied and pleased by the call that in the future, rather than trying to do it myself on-line, I will definitely be calling and talking to your super friendly, helpful staff!

I asked a number of times to have a receipt emailed to me. Seems easy enough to me and yet I still do not have one.

Unecessary service

Wasn't clear from the page that I was on that I was using a third-party booking site instead of the hotels direct booking site. Service fee charged by reservation desk is exorbitantly high and unnecessary. I had to call the hotel anyway to speak to them about their pet policy anyway.
