Relatively straight forward, but Lots of fine print to read which can become a little confusing, in that you are not sure what you are getting exactly and why it looks the same but is priced differently.

I was charged an extra fee just for a reservation through the hotel website. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never book a room at this site again.

I thought I was booking directly through the hotel and not a 3rd party that the hotel doesn't work with. I'm glad I found out before my trip and was able to book directly with the hotel and not worry about this when I get to Florida!
