Very unpleasant and misleading experience. My name is Maria Sosa (*******@chsfl.org). I booked this reservation for my Manager. While I was under the impression of booking the reservation directly on the hotel's website, it results I was inadvertently redirected to a third party partner. Unlike the hotel, they refused to honor sales tax exemption for our non-profit organization, and on top the reservation was not refundable, so we were stuck with the service fee and sales tax. I called the customer service number, but the representative only offered his apologies, but did not give in with the tax exemption, despite the fact that I offered to email him our Certificate of Tax Exemption.
