Making the reservation was easy but when we arrived the motel had not received the reservation! Thankfully the motel still had a room available not the one we had originally book but at least a room. I will not be using Reservation Counter next time.

Booked room did not show how much discount I was entitled to as a 25 year member

We were celebrating a birthday and booked a room for 8 days online recieved confirmation email and with reservation # to be told when trying to check in that our reservation was canceled through the site we booked with
