The room that I selected and booked online was NOT the room type listed in my email confirmation. I called the toll-free number for assistance to try to resolve the problem, but they claimed that they could not help fix the reservation. It was frustrating! I think I was able to fix the issue with a phone call directly to the hotel, but I guess we'll see when I try to check in next week.

I had to cancel my first reservation as I did not include the children in that reservation. I received the cancellation email. I then did the reservation correctly and received the confirmation via email on it. Thank you for making the navigation of the Reservation Counter.

I booked a room and after I got the reservation, I realized I did not include the kids. I cancelled the reservation. I did another reservation with the correct amount of people.

Fairly seamless but it didn't allow for any discounts. The location is easy to restaurants etc.

Answer: Trying to cancel a reservation, the rote voice said it did not recognize the phone number, even though it was the same phone I used to make the reservation. Then asked if the reservation confirmation number started with an R. I said No. It asked me several more times. I kept answering No. Then it told me to call the hotel for help and hung up. Called the hotel. They said they could not cancel since the reservation was made through a third-party company. That I would have to cancel through ReservationCounter. (Oh, by the way, I had tried to use the online Cancellation page - it doesn't work.) It was very difficult to get through to anybody and there were very long waits in between. I will never use this company again.
