I thought I was on the site for Home 2 Suites. I did not realize that I was at a hire for service until i clicked booked. MY fault for being in a rush. I stay at the same exalt hotel last week for almost $70.OO cheaper than this visit. Hard times for a senior on a fix income. I travel often and will never utilize this site again.

Compared to the other online booking systems, Reservation Counter was much easier to use and find a motel where I wanted. It was very easy to see other motels within a close range.

Unfriendly service, and higher prices. They charge you a service fee that you are not allowed to use if your booking is non refundable, you cannot use your hotel points and is an overall terrible experience. It looks like you are booking the hotel through their site but you are not and you cannot work with the hotel after that.

Very easy and user-friendly website! But did not realize til after I booked that the original website I was on jumped over to this one upon making reservation and ended up getting overcharged for their services.
