GREAT EASE OF BOOKING AND GREAT PRICE.
I had to make a change in my reservation. The agent advised me to cancel and rebook and she canceled the reservation for me becaues I only had 5 minutes left to cancel it without charge.
When I rebooked, the price was 29$ lower!
