It was not as clear as it could be why room data and rates were listed twice - - turns out one was mobility accessible and the other was not.

They show one price for the room. It isn't until you book and pay for the room they tell you about the resort fee that will be charged at check in.
I stuck with the booking because of the non refundable rate. The report fee is an additional $45. The fee to book the reservation is crazy since it is all done electronically. Another way to rip off customers.
