Resellerratings.com is the most trusted review site. I personally follow this site to get review regarding any brand or new products and till now I found this site very useful and all the reviews are very perfect. I always recommend people to use this site for any kind of review.
Probably the top review site for online stores, with more than 20k stores reviewed at the time of writing. Long established and trustworthy, with a solid policy of keeping spammers and phony reviews out of the system.
Better than SiteJabber? In some ways. Much more mature, of course, and it shows. However, the reviews here are for online businesses only, whilst SiteJabber - at least at the time of writing - puts up with us writing a bunch of stuff about pretty much anything, anywhere.
Definitely one to check out as part of any serious research into an online dealer's reputation.
This review site is a joke. If you leave a positive review on a company it will only post if that company has paid for the membership. If they haven't paid for the membership only the negative reviews will show. This is called extortion. They are forcing companies to pay for their membership.
Basically a extortion site. Will only publish negative reviews if you don't pay to be a subscriber, and if you don't pay to be a subscriber you can't respond to reviews. I am amazed that they are still in business, and there reviews are posted on Google.
I wrote a review of buybackworld one of their "participating" vendors. After the company replied I edited my post to readdress their response. The post never showed up on the thread again. Obviously if they don't like you're review or if it hurts one of the vendors they block it
Online Store Ratings of Best and Worst - This company is comrehansive in their posting of customer reviews on online stores. With all the scams online, this web site helps to weed it out based on input from customers. When you click on a store name, it will take you to a URL which gives more details about the store you are researching.
I am not sure who are this who dare post good reviews about this ripoff company like resellerratings.com, I am 100% sure they are employed by this company.
Shame on them for taking advantage of hard working american

Great site. It sure isn't the same it was before but they still provide good service, a lot better than most of the other similar sites I've used. I haven't had any problems by now.
ResellerRatings.com runs a public forum for (supposedly) rating merchant performance. The merchant, however, isn't considered part of the public unless he ponies up ridiculous amounts of money.
Unless a merchant pays them something, they're not afforded the privilege of responding to public comments. Further, those that do join at the low low price of $29.00 a month, won't see that number for very long, as many merchants have reported that they jack up the monthly rate to $299, $499, $?, the sky is apparently the limit.
There are much better alternatives for consumer reviews than ResellerRatings.com, including this very site.
And, if you're a merchant, since Google is now utilizing reviews from places other than ResellerRatings, there's zero reason to participate there any longer. Stop sending your customers there to leave reviews. Send your customers to Trustpilot instead, and Google will begin excluding the reviews on ResellerRatings and picking up those left on there. No activity on ResellerRatings equals removal of those reviews from Google Shopping.
Lastly, if you're skeptical, just Google "resellerratings.com extortion" and you'll get a better understanding of how others feel this company operates. Heck, there are even videos on YouTube examining their practices.
Do not recommend! If you stop paying, you lose access to reply to reviews. I have 143x 5-star, 6x 4-star, 0x 3-star, 1x 2-star, 2x 1-star reviews over the lifetime of my account and after I stopped paying ResellerRatings changed my overall rating to 2.5 stars. My actual average should reflect 8.72/10 and 4.3-stars overall.
This is extortion and fraud!
Fraud. They more than quadrupled our monthly fee without any warning at all. Do not use Reseller Ratings. There are plenty of other review sites out there that are not scams.
After attempting to research Classic Firearms reviews, I have figured resellerratings.com site's reviews are BOGUS because unlike all the rest of Review sites that say the opposite of what their site depicts. Their site doesn't show any negative reviews which I could read about The store Classic Firearm. So, I notified Resellerratings.com: your reviews are bogus! And I doubt you will post this review which I am posting You; and that I am going to Copy and repost on accredited sites! resellerrating.com receives PAYOLA which is payment for great reviews from their enrolled Clients
Very good site for increasing Youtube Subscriber in short time. It's a wonderful experience. Thans a lot.
Reseller ratings used to be an awful platform for reviews, but the recent acquisition by Answers has made this company more ethical. Great for managing ratings for our business.
Years ago we used resellerratings.com for our merchant site reviews, fees were reasonable then and so were their practices. Now, the fees are 10 times the fees of other companies offering the same service levels (or better) and with the same visibility in google and other search engines. What's worse, is there practice of allowing negative reviews from people that never placed an order with us (usually competitors doing this, or maybe RR themselves? hmmm) which forces you to contact RR to get it removed which is a sometimes futile process unless you pay them the big bucks. Funny how no positive reviews come in unless you pay RR the big bucks, but they happily post negative reviews from any user. They increased our rate to $749 a month and we are a small family business. If they are going to charge that much, fine, we don't have to use their service. But legally, they should not allow defamation by anonymous reviewers/people that never even ordered from us before whether we pay them or not. They also don't answer emails anymore unless you call their sales line, leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.
Every time when I decide to try some new websites, I search the Internet for suggestions and opinions. Got many helpful tips from this website and avoided some scams successfully. Very helpful.
This creation is awesome i've never seen anything like it normally the free subs would be fake but this is legit!
Since 2008, if it had 5 stars here, I'd be happy. This has never, once failed. If it seems too good to be true, check here first. If less than 8.5 walk. If > 9.2 buy.
Tried to leave negative ratings for one of their clients twice upon their invitation. Both times the review would not go through. This is a fake review service who pads the numbers for their clients
Answer: No, never had one. Lousy company with flawed online system and apparently no customer service. Big zero for them.
Resellerratings has a rating of 1.9 stars from 71 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Resellerratings ranks 44th among Consumer Protection sites.
