Have gotten quitea few items and they are always on time and of goo quality! Packaged well to ensure no samage to the items.
A good quality sweatshirt that arrived in the UK very quickly and with minimal fuss. The only downside was that I had to pay import duty on it, but I'm getting used to that with all the stuff my daughter orders from the States.
Only thing I'd like to change is the size reference I don't have measuring tape so I'd wish you would put sizes for example medium- size 8/6 it's hard to tell by your numbers what is the right fit
I love the product! It was very easy to place my order. Customer service is wonderful. They kept me up to date with the status. Even though product was delayed in shipment they arrived in a timely manner
When I received my order, I was severely disappointed with the sizing of their products. I think that is the only downfall honestly are their poor sizing. You need to not JUST look at waist sizing in clothing, but the actual legs of the products as well. The waist fit fine, but the legs were literally skin constricting tight for it being my proper size. However. I was thrilled with their customer service. Not only were they kind but they allowed me to keep my current pair and they are also sending me a (hopefully) fitting pair! Even if they don't fit, the generosity and good service has earned them 5 stars from me.
Ordered 2 shirts from 2 of Jared's campaigns and am in love with both of them. The campaigns were very close to my heart and helped me get some of my self confidence back. They were sent out separately and each shirt was $11.99 shipping and when they arrived there was another £16 to pay before getting them but I sent a copy of the charges to represent and they refunded the Royal Mail handling charges both times and I only had to pay £5 on each one which was VAT.
I'm gonna need sizing info, style, and colors. We're not mind readers! Tour merch isn't our job. It's ecocommerce and just to confirm: something is being printed! (Gabbieshow anyone?)
