Please do a lot of research for yourself before starting this so-called regenerative cure. The creator of this drink has absolutely NO medical, physiological, biochemical, or scientific education. The amount of salt she recommends is sooooo much higher than the safe, daily recommended intake (she recommends drinking a gallon of this swamp water a day which equates to 32 tablespoons of salt a day). It doesnt matter if its Himalayan pink salt, sea salt, or table salt, the intake of this much of that chemical compound has dangerous and potentially deadly side effects. The side effects can include dehydration, high blood pressure, seizures, and stroke. Also, the waterfalls she proclaim to be so beneficial have serious side effects of their own. Waterfalls are another word for explosive diarrhea which causes a severe loss of electrolytes and dehydration which takes a serious toll on your heart and weaken it substantially. Believe me, I know people can be desperate for anything that has potential to be curative (I also suffer from a daily, chronic, painful condition), but you have to consider your overall health, not just the debilitating condition. She claims this drink can regrow a limb and cure homosexuality, both claims should set off warning bells in your head, nothing can cure those issues. She also claims that it purges you system of mutation genes, which science and history have proven are necessary. If we didnt have mutative genes, we would all still be swimming around as tadpoles. Mutative genes are necessary in providing us the adaptive skills we need to survive in ever changing environments. PLEASE! Keep yourselves, your kids, and your loved ones safe and STAY AWAY from this deadly concoction.
