I've never had any of the issues that others have described and I've been ordering from Represent for years now. Sizes do run small and keep in mind the items you order won't ship until the campaign is over. However, once it's ready it ships fast and the shirts (every style) are high-quality.
I have yet to receive something with the graphics off-centered or otherwise defective (I have 2 sweatshirts, 2 hoodies, both the racerback & unisex tanks and several tees both unisex & women's). It sucks that others have had bad experiences. I love Represent and check into the site regularly to find new campaigns from my fave celebs and organizations and I get so many compliments when I wear these shirts, I refer people to Represent all the time.
Products come quickly and are in excellent condition, would highly recommend for everyone! I've ordered several products through Represent and have never been disappointed

I ordered Markiplier merchandise and am very happy with it. The order was late but understandably so, considering the amount of orders represent recurved from the charity event.
They have quality service and make sure that you know if you package is going to be late and sometimes gives you compensation if it is
I live in Canada and the brokerage and customs fees have occasionally doubled the cost of the items. I would like Represent to find a better way to send out the packages so the consumers that are out of country aren't gouged by these added costs.
I've ordered from you guys a few times now and you've never disappointed me. My last order ended up being delayed, but it wasn't because of you guys. There was just so many items sold that you couldn't keep up. Which is perfectly fine! We're only human! Feeling bad about it, 6you guys even sent a discount code to anyone who's item got delayed. I ordered 2 pairs of pj pants to help out a charity. This charity also had shorts too and Represent.com sent me two pairs of shorts, not pants. I emailed them just to see if I could exchange them for the correct ones. Got an email back a day later saying that they would be contacted ting me within 48 hours and they had printed the wrong design. The design was correct it was just the items that were messed up. A week later, another email saying I could get a $4.00 discount on my next purchase. They ignored the issue and didn't do anything to fix it. I don't recommend using them.
Had bought something for charity, and it was fantastic! They had explained that they were backed up from the amount of orders and gave me a discount code for my next purchase. Overall it was a satisfying experience. I'll be back. :)

Great, super soft shirts that fit. If you're in a fandom, this is the place to go. Except when it's your favorite and you wear it all the time. Then the logo wears off and it starts pilling, even though I wash but never put it in the dryer, just hang dry. And you can't get another one. But it's still soft!
