When I bought my product on 22/7 I was told it will be shipped on 17/8. Ok. Then on 28/7 I was told it will be early shipped on 12/8. Great! Then on 15/8 I was informed that my package has been Delayed. Not so great any more! Then on 16/8 I was informed that it is ready for shipping. Ok. Finally, on 25/8 I got email that it has left tour warehouse. It took 9 days from Ready to Shipped!? And now it is still on LA airport and long way from his destination. All in all, so far this is not the best experiance for me as first time customer. Kind regards, Erik.
The 3 different shirts I purchased Represent were all from actors on the Supernatural series 2, Jared Padalecki and Mark Peeligrino were raising awareness for mental illness and suicide prevention-something I live with every day that has turned huge parts of my life into nightmares, ruined my career, bankrupted me and for ed me on disability. Not to mention the meds, hospitalization, and suicidal thoughts. The third was from David Haydn-Jones raising awareness to cure Alzheimer's. 2 were 2-3 sleeve tees and 1 was a short sleeve tee. They all look great, are super soft, awesome quality. I will continue to order from Represent in support of the causes I believe in.
Truly helps the customer, shirt quality is amazing. Even when my order has been delayed because of an excessive request, they have been more than professionals. Overall, great company that goes towards great causes.
I thought shirt was a bit thin but overall package was plastic bag, shirt came folded inside and wasn't damaged thankfully. Quality of shirt was great though. Bag was easy to rip open due to the precut dotted lines, so no scissors needed! YAY!

This was my first time ordering items from Represent and I have to say I have never ordered from somewhere where they were so great with giving updates on my package! They sent emails anytime my package was being processed and boxed up and even when it was delayed. I have ordered from places in the past when my package was delayed and they didnt let me know. Overall, I really appreciate that Represent kept me informed on everything that happened with my package rather than leaving me clueles.

Contacted me to say my order would be delivered earlier than expected. About a week after the early delivery date contacted me again oh actually it won't be early. Why would you contact a customer and get their hopes up only to disappoint? Be 100% sure. To make it worse the items now late, no sign of arriving and I'm being asked for feedback!?!? A fat zero.

It was really expensive and the shippingtime was horrible and I live in europe.
They gave me a coupon (4 dollars off next order) but it´s going to very expensive anyway because the shipping is like 12 dollars + item, about 30 dollars.

I like the fact that Represent offers limited edition items and they let you know up front that the item will not be shipped until the campaign for the limited edition item is over.
First, I must say that I love Bob Morely, and the fact that I was able to get a sweatshirt designed by him and it went to a great cause? And it had the best line from my favorite show on the shirt? Amazing! I love it so much!
This is the best site to make something that everyone would want while still donating to causes that will help change people's lives for the better.
