They need a lesson from Zappo's on their customer service policies. Sent a request to cancel my order, but they said it was to late to cancel, that it was already in production. The next day, I get an e-mail from them saying that due to the large demand, my order was gonna be delayed. So, cancel mine and someone else will benefit.

Ordered jumper for my daughter yes just a jumper, having paid out a lot for this jumper now we are having to pay £13.52 before we can collect it, and that's pounds a rip off company wouldn't recommend u too my car, disgraceful outrageous.

I ordered a Pewdiepie shirt from here around the first day it went on sale, cool right? Well a few days later, I had gotten an email saying that the shirt was going to be delivered early and that I should expect a confirmation email soon. Nice, right? Well it didn't show up for about a week, and even then, it was just an email saying that my shirt was going to be delayed. Over the next few days, my email was spammed with constant emails saying that my order was going to be delayed, then it was packaged, then it was delayed, and so on. I waited probably close to two weeks for it for it to actually ship, and even then, I was constantly spammed about a delay, not the shipping! By the time my package came, the bag it came in was torn up (I assume it's from UPS though) that I almost cried when I saw that the actual shirt looked as if it was purposely ruined. I will NOT be buying from this website again, that's for sure!
