Run away in the opposite direction. I both called and emailed to cancel my order prior to having it fulfilled. Received zero responses. Today I got notification of the pet shipping (only label created). Still want to cancel my order but with no response… this place is a scam house.
Well like an idiot i ordered my my parts. Then i had a terrible funny feeling and read the reviews! Yes its a Fake company! Did a Google Earth search and the buildings are for sale! Since when? Who knows! No corresponding email. Nothing! Please is there a way we can shut these people down?
I called in for tool parts and was overcharge by a lot. Ordered o rings and they sent 25 of each. One part was missing and I called to find out if it was back ordered or not. The man that took the call had a hard time finding my order and when he did he said that they had not received the part yet. I found a better site and got the part in a few days. Still no word from these guys.
Terrible service, waited over a month for the part, then after trying 3 times to find out what happened, the finally told me it would be two more months.
Don't waste your time ordering from these people, you won't get your part, I'm glad I used pay pal so I can cancel.

A month later still no email, no item, and yes, I check my spam folder daily when I order online just in case. I have emailed the company for order status 3 times and filled out the web site contact form twice seeking order status without reply. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU WITHOUT SENDING MERCHANDISE.

Just to let anyone know who need the parts like a week or two. This not the place to order from. They order the parts after your order... If you can wait for month or two this is the place for you. I read 1 to 2 weeks which seemed like a long time but... I try to buy from more sites then just Amazon. It has been 10 days and it will not ship for another week? Should bought from Amazon.
