“No Part No Contact”

May 8 I ordered one item from this company. The order process states a email will be sent when the item ships. A month later still no email, no item, and yes, I check my spam folder daily when I order online just in case. I have emailed the company for order status 3 times and filled out the web site contact form twice seeking order status without reply. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU WITHOUT SENDING MERCHANDISE.
