I have purchased a lot of used gear over the years and KEH is consistent with its used gear quality and I have no fear that if something goes wrong that they won't leave me hanging. Having the ability to buy with confidence is why I keep coming back to KEH.
Run away in the opposite direction. I both called and emailed to cancel my order prior to having it fulfilled. Received zero responses. Today I got notification of the pet shipping (only label created). Still want to cancel my order but with no response… this place is a scam house.
