Ordered runners 5 weeks and paid for them.after 8 emails asking for product and receiving the same generic email.back saying they are busy I told them I was disabled and prepared to go to media and got instant refund.please be aware of this company.I have worn reebok all my life and will now never own a piece of there merchandise
The last time I bought a pair of zig shoes was 10 years ago they were amazing, but with everyday wear and tear I needed a new pair. I bought the zig dynamica STR shoes. Omg was I ever upset got ready for my run on the treadmill, 20 minutes in my feet are going numb and sore. I don't no if they have to be broken into, but the last pair I bought I was able to run right away. I will never be buying shoes from Reebok ever again. Totally disappointed
Ordered a pair of cool looking shoes online, credit card charged right away. It has been a full 7 days and the order still hasn't shipped. Two emails one response we will get back to you, left 3 messages on their "customer support line" calls are not ever returned.

Ordered something online. Returned the very next day. Called customer service was told could take up to 7-10 business days. This was in April 2021... it's now August 9th and still haven't got my monies back? I've called each and every month asking where's my money? And it may aswell be a recording as it's the same answer. Asked for head office number and I get cut off! Never will I purchase from them again even if they try and give you an additional discount.

Similar to some other people online, I got my order on a sale item (50% off) purchased online during the Black Friday Sale cancelled on me after a month of no communication from Reebok.
I have placed my order on their website on Nov 26, paid for it in full and received confirmation email. After waiting for 3 weeks, I have emailed them twice and then called several times. Every time I was assured that my order is getting shipped to me "by the end of the week" and then nothing would happen. After that, on Dec 30, I got an email from them advising that they "did not have enough stock to fulfill my order". In the meantime, the item I purchased is still being sold on their site at the full price.
Terrible service and shady business practices! I will NEVER buy from them again.
I used to wear Reebok before but after being disappointed with this delivery I am thinking of changing the brand. They sent me wrong size of shoes and I couldn't reach their manager over the phone! No refund either.
I returned my shoe three months ago and have not received a refund. I have also contacted customer service 2 times to get it manual refunded and nothing. This is extremely upsetting as if I were to go to your store and was 5 cents short I would not be able to walk out the store with the shoe. This is a slap in the face as you do not care to refund customers in a timely manner even if you are having technical issues a manual refund could of happened when I call the first time. This is a tough times for everyone as the pandemic has hurt many of us financially. I decided to purchase shoes because I saw your family and friends sale, but if I had know you would not refund me in a timely manner if the shoes did not fit I would not have made any purchases.
Ordered a pair of lifting shoes in November. It's been 2 weeks and still got no notification whether my order is shipped or not. Tried to call customer service and always went to voicemail. Also tried to email them and got nothing but delay… Nice one! Strongly recommend buying shoes and stuffs somewhere else!

I'm wondering if you guys are making these shoes from scratch or what? Honestly for a company like Reebox to offer this type of service is unacceptable... you're not a mom and pop shop you're a billion dollar company and in 3 weeks you still can't get an order out the door nor do you update your customers...very disappointing.
I have purchased 3 items online in June 2021. I returned 2 of them. Since, I have been waiting for the refund to be processed (almost 6 months now). I contacted Reebok around 6 times and every time I was told to wait for a few days for the issue to be resolved. This is the third time it happens.The other times they refunded me only part of the amount I paid and it took them around 4 months to refund the full amount. I haven't received my actual refund yet. Unfortunately, I lost all trust in Reebok and I encourage all buyers to double check if they received refunds for items they returned. I would never purchase Reebok again. It is sad because I love their products and I usually buy all my sport clothes on their website. It is just that I can't waste any more time on contacting them and waiting on the line.
I bought a pair of Reebok's 2 months ago(sparingly used)and got caught in a rainstorm with them on. They got thoroughly soaked, so I left them 2 days to dry out, After drying out, on my next walk the glue on the soles came half off& because I was still 1 mile from home & couldn't walk with the 1/2 soles flapping - I forced the other half of the soles off & walked home. I have since tried super glue & gorella glue with no luck. The soles will not stay on. Do you have a suggestion on a glue to use or can you give me a credit for another pair. Thanks
Out of my last 5 orders. 3 wrong pairs have been sent in the wrong boxes. Zero quality control before shipping. Basically a cheap knockoff version of the American site. Crap releases. Horrible refund policies. Either buy in store and us a Reshipper from the U.S. site and save yourself the hassle of the very poorly handled Canadian spinoff of the real American site.
I have been waiting a week for my order to ship with no estimated date of shipping. It's supposedly been sitting in their warehouse waiting to be picked up. Inquired with customer service several times. They are useless. They can't give you anymore info. Other than "due to COVID, yadda yadda yadda". The first agent said they are waiting for UPS to pick it up from the warehouse. The second time I spoke to an agent said they are short staffed in the warehouse due to COVID (hmmmm). They won't let me cancel the order even though I haven't been charged (like the previous reviewer said, companies can typically cancel orders that haven't been shipped). I wanted to cancel the order as I finally located my size in a different store. Never had I had an online order during COVID take this long. I don't want to go ahead and buy the shoe in store if I can't cancel the online order since I expect long delays in getting my online order refunded if it takes THIS long to ship an item.
Awful and non-existent customer service that doesn't actually fulfill the role of customer service. Paid for my order well over a week ago. No updates on shipping/dispatch time, and online customer service (after waiting in a que for at least a half hour) can't give you any information or cancel your order (so what do they even do exactly?). Still waiting for an update on my order which has shown no movement or update in over a week, tried to cancel the order; which CS claimed they can't do (most companies can cancel an order if it hasn't shipped). Ridiculous. They don't deserve to be in business... and that's coming from someone with a business background, worked in customer service for a decade, and also sells online. Stay far away from companies like this..
Absolute fraud! They advertised a nice deal on shoes, so I bought a pair of them with a couple of t-shirt to complete the order and benefit of the free shipping. After few hours they sent me an e-mail saying that they will reimburse me the shoes. I sent them an answer right away to tell them that I don't want a reimbursement and that I want the shoes, and if they don't have them, that I do not want the order anymore since the t-shirts were secondary. No answer... Few days later a received a package with only the t-shirt and an e-mail right away telling me that I cannot change my order by their policy (but apparently, they can...) and the only choice that I have is to print a return ticket and send the t-shirts back to them (and lost at least an hour of my time by doing so...). Absurd, really bad services and this advertisement and policy is on the limit of a fraud (since they know that most people will probably not lose time to send back the other items...). Avoid at all cost and choose a better company like Nike.
Worst service ever. We can refund your money... We cant re ship the shoes. U can buy full price then call back and will refund the difference. U won't see your money... till the investigation is completed with ups losing your package... 10 to 15 business days.
I get an email informing me they will honor a sale that was not working on their site on the last day. Called back a couple of days later and the rep kept repeating 11:59 the sale ends. I tell him I tried to check out and the discount was not applied, he repeats 11:59. I HAVE AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL HONOR THE DISCOUNT! I guess their written word means squaDOUCHE.

The rubber is bubbling and popping; water and rocks are working their way into the shoes, under the insoles. The company claims that they have a 2-year warranty on shoes, so you reach out to them for help, thinking this might be a dud pair. You submit a warranty claim, which goes unanswered for a month. You call them instead and are told the wait time is three hours. You try the chat function on their website, which says there are 14 people ahead of you... 18 hours later there are still 2 people ahead of you, and when it's finally your turn, it says there are no representatives available. You try contacting them via social media and are ignored. You write a negative review of the product and experience on their website and they reject your review. "Here's a link to our review guidelines," they say. The link leads to the homepage. Finally, you take your pair of shoes and throw them in the garbage, where they were likely designed to go in the first place, with the intention that you would buy a new pair very soon afterwards. Does this sound familiar to you? If so, you must have shopped with Reebok.
I placed the order, they canceled the order after two days, and no one knows why. I tried to replace the order and the platform won't accept my credit card at all. Tried with another card. Nope! No one knows nothing in costumer service! They are all like: wait three days and try again.
Garbage product that gives pain and no comfort. I had wore first time and gave me wounds in my both feet. I had to cut front open in $160 shoes.
Answer: As far as I am aware, they are 'legit' - at least on paper, but based on the way they operate, and their lack of adequate customer service, they act like an illegitimate shell company..
