Awful customer service

My experience with Reebok was awful. I bought a $160 pair of shoes, discounted from $300.00. Had to return them after just 10 wears as the soles bubbled out/holes in soles, and the front seams were coming undone. I contacted warranty and they supposedly sent me an email to respond to about my shoes, yet no email came in. They had to give me another case number. After the new case number i finally sent the pictures and description of the shoes. Heard nothing. I then called customer service and they said that they havent received the claim. They then reissued me another claim number and asked if i could provide them with another email address... and i said no. And what i looks like is that the email was already attached to my previous claim number, basically meaning that they did receive the claim but just didnt care. So after creating a few claim numbers bc they just didnt want to send me warranty I finally received my voucher to use on their site. Well the darn voucher was not valid... so now i am still getting the run around about this voucher. After 8 months of hell i finally reached out to visa and they solved the problem. During all the times that I have spoken with customer service it was just a joke. The lying and the complete ignorance and lack of care for the customer. It didnt matter how kind you were to them. The last person that I spoke to just decided to leave the online chat saying that she had resolved my requests when she blatantly did not. I told her that 8 months of waiting for a voucher with them constantly giving me a new voucher code that did not exist was not resolving my issue. Please do not buy from them, unless you are certain that their product holds up and you would not have to ever get in touch with the customer service

I was nervous...

I ordered from Rebook.ca not to long ago as they were having a ridiculous sale and I managed to snag shoes that were normally $110 for $35! Normally I would never think to shop at Rebook. As a matter of fact, I've only ever purchased Rebook items through other retailers or from their stores and I didn't love the quality of their clothing, but I decided to give them another chance. I ordered the Club C 85 sneakers and a couple of clothing items. I was shocked to receive an email the next day saying my order had shipped because I didn't read any reviews prior to pushing the "Place Order" button but I did read them after and I can't tell you how nervous I was! The reviews are soooo bad lol.

So I got my items and while I'm happy everything went well with shipping, I'm pretty much reselling everything I purchased. The clothing items were ok. I found the quality of their leggings to not be awesome and a sports bra I bought was HUGE. Their sizing is weird. The shoes are also not that high quality so I'm happy I got them for $35 because to be real, I would never spend over $40 for their sneakers. The quality just isn't there. I decided I'd keep a T-shirt I got from them to work out in but that's it.

I'm giving them 4/5 stars simply because I'm impressed with how fast they shipped and I received my items, aside from that, their quality is nothing to be gushing over. Also, their Canadian website has so many flaws. It hasn't been updated since 2019 and their customer service has terrible grammar, which I don't blame the person for but you just can't have someone working for you that cannot type basic English in an email. It's just not a good look.

I won't be purchasing from the website again as I think Rebook's clothing/shoe quality is not good.

Worst Costumer service

They took my money for more than 3 months and I didn't receive my order! I had to contact them multiple times to get my money back

I purchased a pair of shoes and the were delivered to a central pick up. There was no phone number for the cental delivery to contact me. The item was shipped back to rebook canada by their shipper. I sent an email inquiring about my item. NO RESPONSE. I called and was PUT ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES! Spoke with a customer service representatives and was told my item would be reshipped and I would receive a new tracking number by email. NO EMAIL, NO PARCEL, NO RESPONSE to second email inquiry. HAD TO OPEN PAYPAL DISPUTE to receive a refund. I would expect more from REBOOK. Will never buy online again from rebook!
